Buggy and doesn’t work
App doesn’t work half the time. You can’t even log in. The screen freezes. Then most of the actions you want to take it just opens a browser and takes you to the DC Water website, which is also buggy. A total flop.
How do you log out???
I opened the app several days ago to check my bill, which showed $0.00 due. Tried to log out but could not find any such option although I looked everywhere - so I just left it open.
Got a call from DC WASA today saying I had a past due balance! Had I been able to log out and back in I imagine it would have updated - now I'm late.

Just use Safari
This is a joke of an app. All they do is render thr mobile website inside of their app. At least with Mobile Safari I can save my password. If this was a real app it should stay logged in between sessions.
