This app along with their website is in desperate need of an update. Both are slow and clunky and do not always load my data. If I were CEO of this company I will be embarrassed by the customer experience that they have to offer. Shame on them!

Worst app won’t let me login I got a new health net card won’t work fix your app. I even had to show my information to get on Percocet frustrating insurance.

There’s no messaging, no account access, nothing that’s available through the website. Basically, it’s a digital way to access your account number.
Completely Useless
This app should be taken down. It doesn’t do anything except display a virtual card. It also says I have no doctors, even though my portal on the web browser has a primary care assigned, and provides an 800 # to call instead. Nope. Sketchy.

I just got this insurance through my work. I can’t even get it set on the app I put my info in and it keeps telling me to keep rechecking my member id and even put my last 6 numbers of social and then it says it can’t find me.
They also mail me 4 insurance card no other info other than about prescriptions and mental healthcare through telehealth.
The other person is right it keeps redirecting you to other places makes no sense.

Impossible to even log into this nonsense
It sends verification codes randomly by itself for every move you take. Don’t waste your time.
I feel like IEHP does a lot more for me than Health Net
I’m actually loving IEHP more than Health than that because they cover my ambulance ride every time you guys won’t even do that. What a joke to pay insurance I’d rather be broke and beyond Medi-Cal than this.

What's going on here??
I simply wsnted my insurance ID card in my Wallet. I downloaded this app. Logged in, and it led me to another webpage, Ambetter Health. I logged into Ambetter and it asked me to link up with my Healthnet account. After all that, the site said they could not find my HN account.
I just want my insurance ID Card in my Wallets app. Is it too much to ask???

Terrible app and never work, I have no idea what is this app about? And what healthnet doing at all?
Can’t even log in
I know I have an account, but it made me make a new one. I made a new one, and I can’t log in. I get caught in a loop of entering my email, put in the verification code sent to my email, then put in password, to then put in another verification code. It just cycles between password and verification code. It has the phrase, “don’t close this window”, and I never closed the app, but I have to go to my email app to get the verification code it needs. For an app on a phone, that uses a single screen it impossible to not close the window if you email or text a verification code. If notifications are enabled with a banner it too quick for the length of code.
I tried using my computer to look up the code in case the window switching was the issue. I’m still caught in the password/verification code loop.
I tried restarting the app and I still get the same issue.
There clearly needs to be some authentication testing and debugging that needs to be done. Why would you even push this release?

Trash App
Took six tries to log in using code sent by email. Then it doesn’t recognize my member number or the last six of my SSN. Gigantic waste of time.

This feels like it’s fake and or something hacked! It even uses a different portal inside to go to a website. So why would i need a stupid app and not just use the website or browser? Is this why insurance costs are higher? Also jumping back and forth between codes and passwords makes me also think it’s hacked or something trying to collect data and put it on all servers everywhere. I’m reporting this to the provider, because it useless and it doesn’t allow me
To change anything the provider is not correct so it seems fishy like to made it up. So something is wrong wrong wrong and needs to be reported . The website is broken and it says it will relink to another site so what good is this ? Another excuse for California wasting money, a preschooler designed the app and links are al broken. So how does that help with insurance needs? Just use the paper card you got in the mail. And call because that is what you end up doing within the app. For some reason it wants to match me to a Medicaid patient or account. And I am a LAUSD, so this again is a California state tax payer function that is broken and bloated and wastes too much money! Shame on you California! And shame on Apple for allowing this app to continue with broken links to the app support and or the app maker. What a joke!!!!

This app is absolutely dog water… the interface is outdated and does not allow to communicate properly with mobile. Takes for ever and is not helpful at all… it kinds of questions the ability to resolve anything with the insurance company. Is this health insurance even worth having??? Their investment in a basic app… says it all in regards their business with paying costumers…

My local boba store app is better than this app. My god do i really have to log in & get a code emailed even within the same session, and randomly i have to change my password then it says invalid, Seriously?? Most features dont work, interface designed by 10 year olds would be better. maybe theyll upgrade to fax machines by 2030, shockingly bad🤷♂️
