Can’t make payment
I had an appointment today at Luz Setúbal and I have made several attempts to pay my bill, but I keep getting an error, and the payment will not go through. Very frustrating.

Demora demais pra mostrar o calendário de disponibilidade do médico; calendário de disponibilidade diferentes para cada médico; UI e UX horríveis. Melhor fazer outro app

Language Chaos
If I choose the language Option ENG it should constantly stay English. Instead of this I have to choose the language on every page again. And the filled fields are empty , if I switch again. Welcome mails are all on local language.
For phone number I can choose Germany as language. For the address I have to choose Alemao.
Support is extremely friendly. And the fact that you have the possibility to load down your own data is a big plus .

Difficult to set up
Tried 7 times to set this up for use and even the help line could not help. Very poor interface.
Worst check in experience
Pls add google oath / signin with gmail or anything else easier.

The app is great. Paying on it is hit and miss.
It would be really nice when you’re looking for a doctor that you can filter in doctors that only speak a specific language. otherwise you’re making appointments with doctors. You’re not sure if they speak the language that you speak. This added feature would make it very user-friendly and not waste the time of taking appointments from other patients and then canceling them due to language barrier.

Very functional…but one-sided
You can make an appointment, pay a bill or call to obtain a triage nurse who can make recommendations.
Unfortunately, there are lengthy waiting times for a doctor’s appointment or to speak with a triage nurse.
Without the staff to back it up, the app creates significant frustration.
