Dated, clunky UI
Love my doctor, but the app’s UI is super dated. It feels like I’m going back 15 years. Not sure if this is due to their Epic integration (the logo in the top right adds to the dated feeling) or what, but One Medical offers a much more pleasant digital experience.

Irritating
Getting medical information is great, but trying to put in card information to pay a bill is beyond frustrating. The app doesn’t totally crash. Every time you get your card information partially entered in.
Easy to use
Thankful for a place to look over my health issues and what to do moving forward.

Carly was absolutely the most thorough and genuine provider I have ever seen. She listened to my concerns and talked about issues that other providers never validated. I am disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner, but extremely grateful I am here now. My results, medications and orders were delivered faster than I have ever experienced as well. I truly appreciate Carly and her care.

Poor design
This is an extremely poor design. Whoever built it is living in 1995. There is no user design at all. Not intuitive. Extremely clunky. It needs massive simplification and redesign

Everyone did an excellent job and the blood work was spectacular. I didn’t even know she stuck me. That’s how good she was. Thank you. This comes from a person that has struggled with small veins are rolling veins. She’s great.

The professional care and efficiency of my care
My care has been the best I’ve ever had. The PA is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and if need be, she will do the work to get the answers needed. The staff and nurses flow as a team, they jump in to help when needed. They make me feel like I am the priority and my care is #1. I have never felt rushed pushed aside or unheard. My care is in great hands and I truly appreciate and thankful for that.

Not useful
So many bugs, can’t even sign up and won’t tell me why
Slow
App is slow, every page takes a long time to load. Also the patient history questionnaire is extremely tedious. No need to ask me 100 questions when I saw the same provider a week ago.
Game changer.
I rarely visit the doctor even when I should. My Premise Health puts me in touch with a real doctor in the most convenient way. From my home on the phone. Love it.
