I appreciate the app, but was not easy to write a message to my Dr. Requesting a prescription because the app did not save the letter and kept closing.

An adult lifetime at Rush & predecessor

Will be 90 in December. Have received my medical care at this location, Presbyterian St. Luke, Rush Presbyterian now Rush, since my early 20s. Need I say more?

Don't care

I was recently hospitalized and tried to get an appointment with my primary doctor and had to 2 months! So I feel like they don't really care about my health so I switched hospitals completely!
