App Kept Closing
I appreciate the app, but was not easy to write a message to my Dr. Requesting a prescription because the app did not save the letter and kept closing.

An adult lifetime at Rush & predecessor
Will be 90 in December. Have received my medical care at this location, Presbyterian St. Luke, Rush Presbyterian now Rush, since my early 20s. Need I say more?
Don't care
I was recently hospitalized and tried to get an appointment with my primary doctor and had to 2 months! So I feel like they don't really care about my health so I switched hospitals completely!
Having Issues using the password that I create
I create a password and I put it in and it does not work

It’s a great app, one can access all his medical information by logging in. Furthermore, one can download and keep his information in different a place.

This App is easy enough for seniors. Once I called to get my username it worked perfectly!
Why did you change?
I’m trying to do the E check-in and if you don’t do anything within approximately 15 seconds the screen changes and goes back to the first screen this happened several times while trying to complete my E check-in. Why are you changing things? It worked just fine before, if it’s not broke why fix it.

For the last 54 years I have made a good career criticizing the government!
The DOJ says that I earn 42.50 per minute finding fault in our Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of government!
As a “U.S. Critizen” finding fault is what I have been trained to do! According to my Government Vetting I have been found to be “EXTREMELY RARE!”
At Rush, I think I finally struck out!
My doctor of internal medicine for 32 uninterrupted years just retired! My wife and I were feeling medically insecure were frantically looking for a health care practitioner that we would be comfortable with to guide us into our final years.
Our Hinsdale Neighbor and his wife told us about Dr. Moline and his Medical Team of Professionals!
Man! I was blown away!Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was World Class and First Class!
From excellent and convenient parking to Security greeting at the front door to the loving and kind Office Receptionist who actually thanked me for arriving early, to Nurse Carmen, who was patient, caring and had a wonderful sense of humor to Hospital Registration (Carolyn) Receptionist, and Lab Technician herself everyone were on top of their game!
On top of that in walks the most brilliant doctor that I have ever encountered - Dr. Bryan Moline!
I know a good doctor when I see one. Having earned a Medical Research Scholarship at 15 years old from a Medical Foundation of brilliant doctors associated with a prominent university and hospital in Chicago I believe that I am empirically qualified to say that my Rush and “Team Moline” experience was more than exceptional!
It can only be characterized as educational, hospitable, and nothing less than a “Perfect Ten Experience”!
Dr. Moline did it right!
“Team Moline” Did it Right!
Nurse Carmen Did it right!
I believe in love at first sight! My wife and I are in love with RUSH!
