Slow, forces users to open browser instead of doing it in app
1. The app is extremely slow
2. All functions force you to open a browser in a separate app which defeats the point of having an app.

Does not allow full access
This seems to be a client for field service users, and does not allow me to access any of the items that I need to check on Change Requests, look at CIs, etc.
