Does not work as expected

You would expect an app that provides such a simple service (ie the most basic loyalty card) to work perfectly.
This one doesn’t : you get something 2 stamps (good for you), something 0 and cannot get one (bad luck). And something your almost full card disappears and you have to build a new one from scratch….
