This app is hot garbage
Not sure what’s wrong with this app, but it’s so dodgy. Half the time I try to pay, I just get a blank screen, or it logs me out. I’m better off going on a PC and paying that way. Fix your app please!
App Doesn’t Work
I keep trying to use the app to renew my minutes and it’s just a blank screen that never changes. I literally can’t use the app for what it’s for.

they keep having me login in but i need to change my password everytime i do so. very very inconvenient and im running out of passwords lol
How does this app have 5 stars?
I’ve never had a smooth experience with this app. 9/10 times something goes wrong and it just sits in a white screen. If I select reactivate service, it asks for Face ID, scan it’s, then just sits on a white screen. And that’s just the app. Don’t get me started on the absurd price of the service itself.

any time I try and use the app to check/access anything, I can never get ANY pages to load.. worth the extra couple of minutes it takes to use the browser

The app doesn’t work 98% of the time. Our service days have been cut short, as well as my service ending before midnight. Calling the 611 number is useless. Straight talk has plumited in quality and it’s pathetic.
Just a big malfunction
I get “ wrong password over and over and over and I am getting very frustrated with it I have been using straight talk for 2 years and still they don’t acknowledge me so I guess it’s just time for a change
Scammed me to paying my phone twice with no service
I’ve had straight talk for at least two months and i got the app the other day so I could pay because the robot I talked to would never understand me and once I did pay online it took the money but I never got service, and the next day I needed service so I got my card and paid for it again but a different plan and it connected me to autopay and took my money again, still nothing worked, I tried multiple times to remove the autopay and it doesn’t have clear instructions and I can’t seem to figure it out

FIX THE BIOMETRIC SIGN IN!
This app is horrible and the ratings are bot-driven. Do not be fooled. The face recognition sign in needs to be fixed. I have to keep manually entering my information.
