The app is glitchy and tough to navigate and takes forever to load pages. Sometimes the pages don’t even load. The login process is not smooth and doesn’t work have the time.

Convenient Only for the Company
I’ve used straight talk for years and while their plans are fairly affordable, their app is less than ideal. What you give up for a decently priced plan is a user friendly app that takes advantage of being an absolute nightmare to navigate. The rewards are next to useless. Only after spending upwards of $500 with them do you earn enough points to qualify ONE free month. And to make things more “convenient”, after you redeem your scarcely redeemed points there is now way to apply them to your purchase. Same goes for any promotion plans with discounted prices. Everything just forwards you back to the cart in hopes you’ll be so annoyed by the constant hoops to jump through that you’ll forget all about it and just pay the same amount. Do better Straight Talk. In a world full of corporate greed, be the exception, not the example.

Better survive
I would give negative review if it would let me. Straight talk was better before version bought it. Nothing but problems since. I get locked out of my account every time I try to do more than one transaction. It trash sell back to Walmart so straight talk will be great again.

This app is terrible
Bugs everywhere. It tries to load data and 1/2 the time it just hangs. I have biometrics turned on and that does not work at all. The web site itself already has lots bug bugs so I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised.

Straight Talk Stole 50$
They charged my card but never gave my device service. Tried to call and unfortunately nobody is awake in India right now so I have to wait a few hours to talk to a human who can’t speak English. But they certainly didn’t wait stealing my money. They took that right away. Will never use straight talk again after I get my money back. Dirty foreigners

I had a line upgrade for free with a purchase of a 45$ plan they took my payment 6/05/2026
Was emailed a tracking number, it is almost the end of July and haven’t had any correspondence about the phone and can’t get an operator or a message agent to refund my money or at least send me a different phone if the one that was advertised can’t be fulfilled. Which in my opinion is an act of false advertising stating that the phone was available for order with the plan. Close to contacting a higher authority for being so unprofessional. I

Most useless app in my phone.
App doesn't work and I can never actually renew my phone bill. When I try to get the plan I always do it just doesn't allow me to. I always have to call and go through the dumbest process after fighting for 15 minutes to get through the automated message guy. Process has frustrated me so much I'm switching carriers soon.
