Service is extremely spotty and subpar even in lower traffic environments, chat support feature is limited and inconvenient to deal with. Auto renewal feature is a scam and habitually problematic

When I need to pay my phone bill at the airport, they refused to help I could not access my email and give them a password code. They wanted to send me a code on my phone that did not exist because my phone bill was not paid. I would not trust this company any longer because they do not my safety, I was raped in between these actions of my phone, not being on, so yes, I will hold you cannibal

Never shows my correct date and service days. I’ve talked to representative told him they act like I don’t know what I’m doing.

Would give this zero stars if I could. App never works. Most annoyingly, I can never see how much data, minutes and messages I have left. Tracfone customer service is terrible. Spent 5 hours straight on the phone for help with multiple agents because they just stopped replying and then I’d have to start all over from the beginning with a new one. Never did get what should have been a simple fix to my voicemail done. I wouldn’t recommend tracfone to my worst enemy.

I have an iPhone 6S Plus and this new app doesn’t support my iOS ! Also my older app on my iPhone tells me it’s not supported anymore!

Terrible service
They have their rewards program, but they don’t tell you that the rewards you use if you use it for the wrong thing they don’t tell you that those rewards don’t cover plants so congratulations TracFone. I’m moving over to red pocket. Do not trust these people.

My mom tried to extend her plan using the app; it told her "failure." Neither of us could log her into the website either on her phone or my computer, so I also downloaded the app (on a new MacBook Pro). Instead of even logging in, the app forced the non-working website to open -- in Safari, not my default browser. I also tried to get help through their chat system; it dead-ended me asking for a PIN (that's for card-using customers).
Completely broken; app, website and chat, across multiple devices. We had to call and fight through their automated phone system to talk to a person.

This app sucks
the ui on this app is terrible. you have to sign into the app like 3 times to actually sign in. my account got locked so i had to reset my password to get back in, i tried to reset my password 3 times but it every time it would never take me to a password reset page, and would just take me to a sign in page. Overall do yourself a favor and get another phone line. This is terrible.

Absolutely terrible app
Would give it a 0 rating if I could. Does not let me buy the plan I want, does not keep track of my plan balances. Called customer service and they tried to sell me a plan I didn’t want. The updated format is difficult to navigate. You would think that a company as big as Verizon would have competent people who could handle designing an app. Fix your app so you don’t have the many frustrated customers like I’m reading. It’s not rocket science for God’s sake.

Worthless app
I can no longer get my end of service date or the amount of data/minutes/texts left. It also will not give me any options for purchasing service. Do not bother with this app. You’re better off logging into your account on a web browser.

This app is absolute garbage. It almost never works correctly. I can’t even count the number of times the app wouldn’t even load. The most frustrating thing though is that auto pay does not work at all. It never takes the money on its own, and then my phone gets shut off. I’ve had to call customer service every month to get them to take the payment. I just canceled auto pay because, on top of not working, I wasn’t getting any discount for using it anymore either. Tracfone service has really gone downhill lately, and I would never recommend it to anyone! I might just have to bite the bullet and pay more to switch to another carrier. It would be worth it to cut out the stress.
