App is useless
Can’t get past the homepage setup screen.
Stopped displaying information
I used this app in the past to create and track repair tickets for our dark fiber circuits. It worked well while it was working. Now it has stopped showing tickets and invoices. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is stuck in a loop asking me to setup items on my homepage. There are no options to select anything for my homepage.

Terrible app
The app almost never works. When I try to view tickets, it just sits there blank. When I try to search for a location to open a ticket, it’s blank. When I try to search for a location via Map, screen pops up too high and I can’t even see what I’m typing. I don’t even know why they bothered putting out an app I’d it’s going to be pure garbage. I thought the VEC in the browser was bad, but this is a whole new level of bad.

Still not fixed properly
I was hoping that a new update would mean that the issue with the home screen would be fixed, but I’m still stuck on the Customize you home screen page. Disappointing.
Stuck at “Customize home page”
Cards do not appear as stated in the setup app menu, so I cannot select nor reorder apps. Since I cannot skip this step, then the app does not move forward and therefore it cannot be used. Please solve this problem, so I can continue to use the app as intended.
Useless, cannot use app
Cannot get past the Customize You Home Page screen. Screen is blank with I highlighted Continue butting you cannot press. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.
Another useless Verizon app
As with the previous reviewers, this app installs just fine, but forces you to just sit on a blank page to build your homepage and never allows you to go forward. There’s also apparently zero support at Verizon for this app, if you call you’re basically told that it’s just not functional on an iPhone and that you have to wait for them to update it. How this app even got into the App Store is beyond imagination, but given the quality level of other Verizon apps, it’s not surprising. As a business account manager I need to be able to manage our wireless services but it’s just not possible with this app at this stage.

Worst of the worst app I ever seen
I had a 9 bussiness lines with Verizon and tried to register the account so I can mannage my account... the App keep haulted after signed in and stopoed where I have to choose my start page or something...anyway it’s useless , thinking about swap to At&t soon
Garbage
I was excited to be able to manage our account by my phone. But the app is stuck on a blank page requiring me to “customizing my home page” - and the continue button doesn’t work without picking something .. but there is nothing there. Very disappointing for a tech company. I’ve seen chinese restaurants with more robust apps.

Pure crap...at least Verizon is consistent
Useless. Doesn't show any of our account data including a recently opened trouble ticket. And worst part, if the app's installed on your device, you can't go onto Verizon Enterprise online. Every time you try, the POS app opens instead.
Waste of time
Literally all it does is make you go through the hoops of signing in, and then pretty much all it does after you've signed in is redirect you to the mobile site, where you have to sign in again.
Pointless app
I really don't understand why this app exists. It only directs you to Verizon's website. Then you have to log in there...after logging into the app. This app literally has no value to the customer.
First experience not good
I opened the app as the normal ticket link no longer offers the convenient mobile site. Instead there is this app or the full desktop website.
My password is complex and pseudorandomly generated via a password manager in part due to a Verizon account leak a few years ago.. so when I'm mobile the best way to update tickets was the mobile site status update.
For this app I chose "forgot password" to get a one time code. It states the code is valid for 10 mins. However if you leave the app to check your email - the app will tell you your session expired immediately and start over.

No way to reply to ticket
I used to be able to click the link in the email to verify power etc. Now the link takes me to a page that proudly announces an app. Install the app and there's no way to reply. And no way to reply via the web now that Verizon is pushing this app.

Disappointing is an understatement. Total crap! Don't waste your time. Only loads vertically on an iPad and doesn't auto rotate, nor scale to the screen. So guess we can only use this piece of garbage on a Verizon equipped cellphone. I hate the regular Verizon business web site and this is even worse.
