Never go for online purchase
Never purchase from Vijay sales, ordered apple watch ultra during apple days.
They purposely over booked the deals, and after 15 days of followup with no response , they told me i had to cancel my request.
Now I have to wait for my refund and again do followup for my refund.

Worst Online Delivery
Don’t ever order online from Vijay Sales. Their online order service is pathetic. They will show one day delivery and will take forever to deliver. And NO support from their online customer care either. I have ordered a phone which was supposed to be delivered in one day and even after 7 days there is No update regarding the delivery date.
Their app is worst it shows no update regarding delivery of the product.

Fraud
Vijay sales online is a fraud. They said my order would be delivered in one day. After i placed the order they changed it to expected delivery in 1 day and sent it 6 days later. When i got the item it was spoilt and now they are not even ready to help and want me to run around. Vijays sales is a fraud. Be alert and do not buy anything from them.

Frustrating Experience - Unable to access invoices
I'm extremely disappointed with the this app. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Not only can I not download any invoices for my orders, but the entire app's functionality is a letdown. It's astounding how a supposedly functional app can fail at such a basic task. Customer service is equally disappointing, as they seem oblivious to the issues. Navigating the app is like walking through a maze of glitches and errors. A poor experience overall, leaving me regretting every interaction with it. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app at all costs.

Worst after sales service
I purchased LED tv and no one is coming to install. Called them but no one is picking calls. Called customer care and they are very rude. Worst and pathetic service. This is last time I visited vijaya sales and will not recommend it to anyone in future.

Worst customer service
I ordered a boat sound-bar. Since last 15 days they were telling me that product is out of stock and the product is worldwide available on all websites. There customer care representatives are even worst than there service they tell me to stay online and they disconnect the call. I asked them to connect my call they told me to hold and then after 10 minutes some executive claims that he is senior and asked me about the problem i asked him to give me a final answer he also asked me to stay on line and then too call was disconnected. I have never experienced such a worst customer service. And finally i called for the third time after 15 minutes I struggled to get to the manager and the answer i got from manager was that we cannot arrange the product if you want you can cancel the order and order a different one. But 5 minutes back there representative told me that it will get arranged in few days. It means this guys are totally playing a scam game using people money for days, weeks and months now saying you can cancel the order. Worst service….

Very poor and 3 rd class service
I purchased so many products from VIJAY SALES.
But day by day their service become very poor. Sales person really fool to customers. They promised product delivery date and time and we got very late. After called helpline that also no use. When product will be installing and when can come for demo no any idea. Just waiting for them. Very disappointed

Useless app
The app is only good to keep a track of your things and for most of thing it guides you to the safari or chrome website, needs a better interface!
Unable to register
I am unable to register in app. It asks to verify mobile number, on clicking verify nothing is loading and I am not even getting any OTP. Email id is also not optional like usually like other apps either email I’d or phone number mandatory. They promised me to deliver my product in 1 day but has not been delivered in 2 days. I keep on trying and calling different number and people, they tell me they would call me back with exact status but no one is helping. LG appointment for demo and installation was created on time and that person keeps calling me whether my product delivered or not. In the end he is getting frustrated because product is not delivered and this appointment is assigned to him. I feel I am working in call center, trying vijay sales for my product and getting different numbers and also attending calls of LG company guy. He started explaining me everything on phone only what do I need to do once I get my product. Well staff is polite, helpful when you visit store but don’t expect good customer care support, app is waste, delivery is headache.

The ac is waiting in rain to be installed

Team I bought an o general ac from your guys and it has been 5 days and yet it is waiting to be installed. Everytime I call u guys your are so busy all day that your number 24*7 liters says that it’s busy. You have no self respect and a dedication toward your work. I wrote emails to you guys and put feedback too, but heyyyy......it has been 5 days and no response yet. Even BSNL was faster then you guys. I dnt know how u plan to work and how the lady who answered the phone once last year is alive or not. But I would really like my ac installed. And don’t give me the lockdown chal rha h gyan. It’s lifted and people are roaming absolutely fine. Also, if you can deliver the product in a day when order placed please show same enthusiasm when it comes to service

Worst app ever used
They say this is for logging complaint but nowhere in the app i see the option to raise a complaint only sharing feedback option is present. Further i don’t see my orders section for the orders i have already placed but not received yet. And being a developer myself ,i can surely tell that low budget, amateur developers are used to develop this app. so many flaws and very cheap design. Shame for a brand like vijay sales to have such a third class app.

Pathetic sales team
Big mistake buying so many appliances from Vijay Sales. Paid in advance, they could’nt trace the payment for four working days, and then they forgot where to deliver. After they deliver they keep giving wrong address for installation.
You need a customer care center of your own to handle their calls since they are so disorganized.

Not so good experience after order
Took so much time to deliver the product, commitment date n delivery date was different. Hope the rest Service is good. As far as app is concerned, it looks good. As an iOS Developer, I didn’t got the native feel.

Poor and pathetic services
Poor service and fake promises ,i had buying a home product of Vijay sales that is Vise led tv and which get stuck in 6 months electrician of Vijay sales came and said motherboard is damaged and we need to change the mother board and said it will take 2 days time to replace motherboard it is now 2 months and no one turned back .please don't buy any product from vijay sales they just give discount but no after sales service. There no option for giving stars in the minus so I had given 1 star.
