Unprofessional & Irresponsible Service
Very disappointing experience. I had a delivery scheduled as per the confirmed time slot, but the order was not delivered even after waiting an extra 12+ hours and the entire day passing
What’s worse is that there was absolutely no update, no call, no message, and no accountability from their side. Delays can happen, but complete silence and lack of basic communication is unacceptable and highly unprofessional
This caused serious inconvenience, and the service was far from reliable. If you commit to a delivery slot, at least have the courtesy to inform customers about delays specially when you’re working in PHARMA INDUSTRY

Extremely Disappointed with Wellness Forever’s Service
I had a terrible experience with the Wellness Forever app. They promise 2-hour delivery, but they completely failed to meet it. I called their customer care five times regarding my medication, even explaining that it was an emergency. Every single time, I was given the same response: We will assign a delivery person and you will receive your order.
But every time I followed up, I found out no delivery person had even been assigned.
Since the delivery was getting delayed for almost 13 hours and it was urgent, I requested them to change my order from delivery to pickup and shockingly, they refused to cancel the delivery fee. Why should I pay a delivery fee when I have to go and pick up the medicines myself due to their failure?
This experience was highly unprofessional, careless, and stressful — especially for something as sensitive as medications.
I strongly do NOT recommend this app for emergencies. They are unreliable and offer zero accountability.

Worst customer service
Yesterday i ordered few medicines via app however i got the same medicines in their nearest store so i called your customer care via app and requested them to cancel my online order. They assured me that they have taken my request and same will be cancelled at earliest. After few hours i again called to cancel the order and this timw also they assured that same will cancelled shortly. But just now i have received courier from bluedarf having those medicines in it. This is utter nonsense and will complaint on every playform until i get my refund

Do not trust on them
Very bed experience I ordered on 30th of September because it was showing that they will deliver in 2 hr so I ordered.
After ordered it was showing they will deliver by 1st October 11 PM. But I didn’t receive medicine so I called them so one of their senior person Mr. Akshay promised me that medicine will deliver by 2nd October 8PM. But again they failed to deliver medicine
After that they even not called me, I only called them then they told me sorry sir it will deliver next day and Mr. Aniket told me sir I will told to delivery team to deliver your order on priority and I will arrange a call from my team to you at 10AM to provide you the status but no call receive so I again called them and after 15 min of hold my call connected to senior person & that lady gives me the contact no of delivery agent.
And when I called them and ask so they told me sir just now I received the package for delivery,
Means they just lie to me on 1st & 2nd October.
And just before few min I got the medicine.
So I am suggesting to everyone don’t trust on wellness forever.
