App needs to be fixed*.
After downloading app, opening app, first step is answering 2 questions before you “PASS GO”, aka proceeding to next page.
1. Select Country: United States of America.
2. Select State*: This is the problem. The only state selection is Puerto Rico. No other states are available. So this is a “NO PASS GO”moment.
Please advise.

Unable to use in the US
Why am I not able to select my state in the US and my language?

Pick a country has a drop down, pick a state only has Puerto Rico?

Do not have option for medicine, just one and is not mine. Need to update.

I’m in the US and when I go to select my state the only option given is Puerto Rico. So this app is absolutely useless to me. Would give less stars if I could.
Doesn’t work at all
App asks you to select your country, upon selecting USA when it’s requires the state your only selection is Puerto Rico and language can only be Spanish!

The only option I had to pick once I chose United States was Puerto Rico for the state and language Spanish. I do not live in Puerto Rico nor do I speak Spanish. Please fix the options.

This app is supposed to be a tool for patients who have debilitating medical conditions the app should be a useful resource for patients who need to set up delivery of medications track symptoms and contact specific pharmacies. However the app only allows you to choose the country you are from and only one choice for place of residence and language so the squid a complete waste of time because you can not use it.

This medication costs a considerable amount. If I cannot trust my health provider to give me correct information who should I trust?

I was told to download this app by my Abbvie Care Specialist. Why? The app is for people outside the US. Apparently Abbvie’s reps have no clue, and don’t care enough to respond to the complaints without using their canned response. You would think that a company that charges $16,000 for a month’s worth of medicine could afford to hire someone to make a decent and usable app, or at least hire a human to respond to these complaints!!! Complete waste of my precious time.

I was told by my Rinvoq counselor to download the app so I could access all my info and the savings card. However the app is not even available to anyone in the US. Seems like no one is communicating that info with the providers. Terrible

As ‘Got Flying Monkeys’ noted, this app is unusable for me. I also live in USA, but not Puerto Rico and I don’t speak Spanish either. Had to delete, pretty lame obviously..👎

Good luck setting up this app. I live in the USA (and selected USA). Next, it wants to you to select which STATE you live in, and the only available option to select is PUERTO RICO. Not kidding! So, because I could not select anything *other* than Puerto Rico, it defaults to Spanish. Well . . . I don’t know Spanish, so it’s not my lucky day and I am denied access to this app. WOW . . . unbelievable in 2023. Do better, people. Seriously!
