Terrible Bank
One of worst banking experience, 100 years behind world banking. Online banking is feels like hitting your head on the wall. Banking app is the slowest among all the banks in Pakistani.
Charges
Personally I feel that the account I have has too many hidden charges. For both me and the persons I have dealings with?!!

Tech and complaint team didnt know the problem ans solution dispite of showing the problem they didnt event identify the problem keep asking to uninstall the app
Poor pathetic service , it takes lifetime to solve an issue
I was using my account regularly in the UK, landed in Pakistan and the moment put in my atm card the account got blocked . Branch said they needed my UK address which I provided and now it’s been a day waiting for the account to be activated , apparently the head office has got “long queue” and I can only send money in and not take it out. If it’s working smoothly it’s okay , if you have something to be done from head office then you have to spend lifetime to sort it out. Very abysmal and pathetic service , no customer service at all. Branch keeps putting every hint go. Head office , call centre keeps putting everything on branch , and you’re stuck in between.

Bank fault Payment utility iesco bills
It is Since two years that I am facing abl utility iesco bills payments.
In payees list IESCO does not appear . Each time I pay through one time payment method.
All other utility payees like gas and Ptcl appear.
Why? You should remove the fault. I have complained earlier but payment problem is still there. More customers are also complying.

Its been months I opened an account, tried many times to register on MyAbL app, still unable to do that due to OTP issues, sent emails to support and they did nothing other than saying reinstall app or clear cache, thanks for letting me know this , but every one knows these basics things, Try to dig deep the issue and resolve it. Without internet banking or app bank accounts are useless these days.

This app is slow and don’t have many features as up to date. Moreover when call to helpline for any issue their system got down everytime.

International use issue
I have tried atleast 10 times from the app to open international transactions every time I get confirmation email. But when I make the transaction it’s rejected.
