Disgusting cash grab paywalled basic features
Doesn’t have many basic features, they’re “premium” behind paywall. I payed nearly $1000 for these dongles. if it’s AI powered and has to use credits in a huge data centre then maybe fair but letting an added user add other users? Coil dry? Timed auto off? how dare you charge us for these. so many features should be free and it’s a disgusting cash grab.

Was working until app deleted
It was working flawlessly until I inadvertently deleted the app and now I can’t sync the dongle. Followed the instructions and still Device Detected hangs for hours and nothing changes. Not happy.
Piracy in Action
I have been using this app for some time and have enjoyed many features that, with the latest upgrade, are only available with a paid subscription. Coil-dry is such an example. This “upgrade” happened without any notification or message. And if it was only a trial period, as some may say, it never indicated such at any time.

Amazing app, didn’t need a wifi dongle for my Fujitsu split system, connected very easily. Couldn’t get the regular myanyAIR to connect, this app way better. Very happy, also removed my red flashing light error on unit once I connected!

The app contains basic functionality of the hand held remote but the app could be made better if it added the “eco” functionality of the hand held remote . the plus features don’t have it either.

My wife and I love this App. Front page is very easy to understand and simple to use for us over 70s. Many more controls graphs and data available on next page for all those who want more. App is well designed 👍
Great until you change your Wifi
This works great when you first start it from scratch. However, if you change your internet provider you’re in for a whole lot of grief trying to get it the device to link. The instructions that have a picture of your aircon remote control don’t have my remote. So I can’t use that feature. I’ve also tried the to take out the device and plug in and use my phone to scan the bar code. This is the 2nd time I changed internet providers and I did manage to get it going last time. But it took a lot of fiddling about with deleting to app, reinstall etc. I don’t remember how I got it working but right now I’m still trying searching for the device after I have scanned it. Very frustrating!!!

This app is annoying you can only have one person in-control over the system and only they can give you permission to change any of the settings and set limits you cannot change!!! So stupid for an air conditioning app!

“Coil-Dry”
The app is experiencing issues with the “Coil-Dry” feature, which is an essential feature to prevent mould growth and which the app developers acknowledged having issues via email. However, no compensation was offered. I will have to contact my bank to lodge a refund dispute.
Plan Pricing; Doesn’t add up!
The plan/year costs most than I’ll save/year so where’s the logic?
