UPI Not Accessible
The UPI never launched in this app. Always receive a popup with Failed message.
Not good
Not able to request cheque book through app and net banking, Asking to select the address when there is no option to select same.

Too slow in India and old user interface. Absolutely outdated banking experience.

The app won some prize for best banking app or something but unfortunately the team behind it does not keep it maintained and customers have downtime for hours

Poor instructions and missing links for Airport lounge access
Trying to access the link on the banner showing “Global Airport Lounge Access”, but cannot find it anywhere…even DB India doesn’t check if this works before they invite Infinite card holders to use it.
App not working
A pop up appears now in August 23 saying it cannot login. Is there something wrong with the system?

Easy and convenient user interface
Amongst other bank apps, MyBank app provides a clutter free and organised look. It’s quick and easy to navigate the app which helps in doing transactions quickly.
Keep away
Keep away from this bank for maintaining accounts. They have too much processes and very less branches. My account was closed automatically by the bank without my explicit approval
Cheque request
I am not able to request for cheque as it shows enter branch but there is no option in the app and even from the website branch option is not working. Other banking apps have better functions then this
Updated Mybank app bug
I’m getting update for mybank app notification while i login mybank india app. This notification seems bug, appreciate action urgently
Slow and usually down
Slow and regular downtime. Wish the bank upgrades the offering.
