Absolutely useless
Digital ID card will not load, no prescription information whatsoever, app does not reflect up-to-date information regarding claims. Extremely limited functionality. I had Aetna with a previous employer and it was very useful, the app designers for BCBS could take a few pointers from them. I do not recommend downloading this, its poorly designed and basically useless.

Worst company
For over a month now you cannot look up a provide to receive care. They say they are working on it but clearly are not as it’s been over a month. So sick of company’s like this that take your money every month but can’t be bothered to provide good service. Will continue to try and convince my employer to switch insurance to a company that cares.

Never works on Mobile …. What’s the point!?? “Your Policy is not Active” (BCBS confirms it is active over the phone/ BUT; We’re updating our systems, oh and billing and the app…)

Does what it claims
Convenient access to account. Feature request: please allow ID card to be added to Apple wallet.
Constant Issues
App will not connect, despite my attempts at cellular or Wi-Fi connections. Uninstalling and redownloading…same issues. Billion dollar insurance companies and applications that consistently do not work. Not ok. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

Seems to always have problems. Won’t open at all or takes forever to load. Absolute garbage. It’s 2023 you’d think an organization as large as Blue Cross would have an app that works.
Recent problem
I’ve Never had an issue with the app before,but I just tried to pay my bill and suddenly it says it can’t get my billing info so sends me to a website that still doesn’t have any of my present billing info,so now I don’t know if my bill is due or not. So disappointed,I really liked using the app before,now it’s pointless.

Worst App I have ever used ever
App is messed up - paid my premium only to find I was debited 3 times and put my bank account overdrawn. Customer care wait is over 1 hour only to find they want to transfer you to billing which the wait is just under ab hour. Do not use this app. We pay a fortune for health insurance- we deserve an app that works & a REAL Customer service.

Absolute trash
As others have mentioned, this app is completely useless. After inputting my login credentials, the app just closes itself. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing to correct the issue.

Overall the user design and graphics are pretty easy to understand but the app’s developers missed the mark and it’s so buggy. I click on the app and nothing happens and it continues to load. Absolute zero functionality and it’s said it doesn’t work for what it’s intended. Would give zero stars if possible!!!

Can’t log in - EVER!
Have had this app for a long time. It used to work at one point, but hasn’t in so long,I can’t even remember the last time I was able to log in. It goes to Face ID, acts like it’s going to open, then just skips out. Done. Ridiculous. I keep thinking they will fix it. LOL. What a joke. I have never written a bad review on any app, this is my first and it is well deserved. I have been more than patient, and pay an extreme amount in premiums, they could spend a couple dollars on an update on their app, so it actually works.

Doesn’t work at all
When I first downloaded it it seemed fine if a bit laggy but now the app will not open, it crashes almost immediately opening making the app completely unusable and worthless

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app is still not working, I’m not convinced it even exists anymore. It opens a blank blue screen and that’s it. From the reviews it looks like this has been an issue for years and they don’t care to fix it.
The app is an epic failure
I’ve had BCBS for the past decade. This app is entirely useless. The only thing that I’ve been able to use the app for is payments. It’s virtually impossible to get through to customer service. The broker listed on the app doesn’t exist and there is no way to ask questions, make changes to a policy or express concerns.

They’re right - don’t bother
From the reviews, this app sounds horrendous. But the last review was a year ago so I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.
Couldn’t even create an account. Hit the blue Continue button at the end of step 3 of 3, the button turns pale like it’s going to go do something with the entries you’ve made.
Nope. Sits there and just does nothing. At all. I tried twice. Gave it lots of time. Now I’m deleting it.
Should have been a clue when entering my email and it wasn’t even programmed well enough to display the email address keyboard, the one that includes the @ symbol. Can’t BCBS afford someone that can program?

Are you serious?
In trying to set up the app, it asks me for a security question and answer to it. No matter what question or answer I give, it responds “Enter Valid Security Question Answer”…. Hello! I am entering a valid answer. It will not allow me to proceed to finish setting up my account. Absolutely useless

NEVER WORKS
This app and your website never work without having to call. Most people don’t want to call. How does one of the biggest health insurance companies in the country can’t ever get their app or website working
App Doesn’t work
Same problem as many others. The app doesn’t work. If you can keep it open long enough to enter your login credentials, it just gives you a message that it’s not available and to try again later. BCBSAZ needs a new app and new developers.
This app is slow and it doesn’t give me any of my 2021 claims
When I open this app on the front page it shows three of my most recent claims in 2021 but when I go to see all the claims in 2021 there’s nothing there from 2021, it’s everything from 2020. This app is glitchy and slow and not useful if I can’t see my claims. I have to get online to the website anyway so why have the app.

Unusable like their web site
This app is unusable, perhaps because their server is so slow. Their web site is painfully slow, and this app is painfully slow. Just now, it launched and 5 minutes later it’s still a blank screen. Pointless. I’m uninstalling.
