They hide negative reviews
Quite clearly all they want to do is make all the reviews look good. I will be going to a completely different app from this moment forward.

MyCowboy
Hired someone for a small job through MyBuilder who turned out to be have a profile of fake reviews, and giving people a false name and fake address. The work they carried out was beyond amateurish and I was threatened with violence for not paying a fairly trivial amount of money within hours of the work being completed - despite being sent an invoice with terms and before I had seen the work.
These threats and poor workmanship were reported to MyBuilder with extensive evidence, however this ‘tradesman’ is still operating on this app months later.
