Il serait intéressant d’avoir, l’état des portes et fenêtre du véhicule, une notification des portes déverrouiller, programmation d’un horaire de charge séparément d’un horaire de preconditionnement, ajouter carte clé à apple wallet, la rapidité de communication devrait être amélioré, accès au caméra à distance, arrêt de la charge via lapps

Need to grab something out of your car real quick and don’t have the key. Well it sucks cause you’re gonna have to wait for the app to update. Would be nice if they gave us like a 2 week notice to update instead of forcing you to when you need to use the app quickly.

The “upgrades” to the app have made it worse! How in the world do you even tell whether your car is locked or unlocked?????? I get it when you choose lock or unlock and it turns white but I have no idea when I look at the app the status!

This app regularly has notifications but when you open the app there’s no information. Blocking notifications should be the default.

I’m in my early 80’s and wanted a new electric vehicle so I could experience the “new Age” of vehicles. I had driven an Acura MDX for over 15 years and wanted something sportier.I found it in the Cadillac Optiq. I purchased the red and black Sport 1 model. What a beauty! It rides like a dream. The controls are easy to adapt to. I would honestly say that the Caddie at the price I paid is BETTER than the MDX in every category. A similar MDX would have been at least $15,000 more. The heating, cooling and ventilation is much better; the one foot driving gives me better control of the vehicle; It is a sleeker design (sporty); the Infotainment screen is top notch; and I am saving thousands of dollars not having to buy gasoline; and I am able to charge at home at my convenience at the lowest rates every time except when on longer trips. I would never buy another gasoline engine vehicle. Nothing can go wrong with these cars. I hardly ever use the brakes; it starts as soon as I shut the door; everything is so easy to use. The Super Cruise is amazing and makes a longer drive more relaxing. I would advise everyone who is looking for a new car to consider electric first and shop all brands. They are AMMMAZING!

The myCadillac app is ok. It would be nice if it could also act as a key. Previously having a Tesla and the Rivian I had gotten use to not having to carry a key fob around.
I’d also like to see the app add the camera views available on the dashboard. It would be valuable to be able to remotely view the car’s surroundings.

Needs improvement
The app has all the basic features of vehicles a fraction of the price. My previous vehicles all BMW X7’s two being M versions and the last one a 2023 model had the availability to use your phone as key? How does a 2025 V not have this at this price point? You could also open all windows and doors with the app. BMW also had the option to remotely park the vehicle with the app that works great in home garages, and tight parking garages. Seeing these vehicles have super cruise it should definitely be an option. Hopefully some over the air updates remedy this because it’s a bit of a letdown for a high end luxury vehicle.
