Improvements Needed
The idea of the app with the LYRIQ is great. I love the LYRIQ overall. However the app is lacking compared to Tesla. The Remote start, auto climate control, even though unlocking the doors has experienced. The app is glitchy and hopefully the tech team will fix and send an update. It should be better as this is a Cadillac!

Can’t use phone as a key
I can’t use my phone or app as a key to start the car without the fob, even though it clearly states that you can and even add it to your wallet. I updated the app, the software in the car, spoke to an onstar specialist and even she didn’t know. I have an iPhone 16 pro, so the phone isn’t the issue. I really don’t enjoy carrying this huge key around. I’m kind of missing my Tesla now

I love being able to remotely start my vehicle, lock and unlock the doors, check the vehicle’s status, and manage everything right from my phone. The app saves time and gives me peace of mind by keeping me connected to my Escalade wherever I am. Overall, it’s a well-designed app that adds real value to the Cadillac ownership experience. My Cadillac app
The MyCadillac app has been an excellent companion for my vehicle. It's easy to use, intuitive, and makes owning a Cadillac even more convenient. I especially appreciate the remote features, such as starting the vehicle, locking and unlocking the doors, and checking the vehicle's status right from my phone.
The app has a clean design, performs well, and helps me stay connected to my vehicle wherever I am. It's a great addition to the overall Cadillac ownership experience. Highly recommended!

Solid App that Glitch
So far the app has been easy to use and navigable. The latest update however has shown some degrade in functionality. The charge management paste no longer update in real time. The remote start from the app does not reset after you have gotten into the vehicle and push the break. Seems like the last software update broke some things within the app. I’m only giving it a 5 because when the app does work it really helps with vehicle management. Please take another look at how the last updated has impacted app functionality.

Great on Gas
My 2021 Cadillac XT six is the perfect match. It’s very comfortable ride gets great gas mileage and very stylish. Great job. Initially, I have problems with the fuel system shutting down, but they corrected that problem. Also, my sunroof and shade gave me problems. I was able to get it fixed on the extended warranty, but I still like the car.

Important features are missing
Previous Mercedes owner here , thought to share some feedback hopefully you guys could make your app much useful:
1. The app doesn’t show any existing status of the vehicle whether it’s locked/unlocked neither anything about the windows, or the vehicle is on/off etc
2. When plugged to charge, the app doesn’t show any current charge rate to see if the charging station is slow or fast, this is useful cause sometimes stations suck and you have to move to another one.
3. You cannot schedule ahead to turn on the climate, for example every day at 7:30AM set cool/heat on
