Hard to get into
I can’t login to my account it says error and then when I try again still nothing sometimes in lets me but it’s difficult and frustrating please fix this

Someone else's $200 reward card was mistakenly added to my account. There is no where to report this. Who knows how many times they've given cards to incorrect users. The only reason I used this app at was because I was not given the choice of where to redeem a reward.

This app won’t even let me add the card, I put over $100 on the card and it won’t even let me add the card into wallet. I went online and it still won’t let me. I have tried 100 times. It keeps saying “somethings wrong” unless it gets fixed and adds I wasted my money. And I’m so upset.
Why create an app
Why add an app that cannot be used and not able to add into apple wallet ? Why you exist? 7-elevent Visa card must disconnect with this app
Fraud
Charged me a 50 dollar fee to my bank account credit card gave no idea how it got this information.
My balance is now ZERO after the last update!
How do I fix this? Please fix this issue immediately!
Borderline unusable, avoid at all costs
I’d give this app zero stars if I could. I am unable to login to the app, can’t access a few hundred dollars in my wallet/giftcards, and there is no customer support phone number available.
Waste of time
No option to add card to Apple Wallet, screens look different to those shown here. Very slow customer service response without clear direction for problem solving. I have an unusable gift card sitting there until they sort this out.

Couldn’t Add a Tapp To Pay Card
I’m not sure what’s happening but I’m unable to add a Tap To Pay card, it just shows a loading bar and “reading card data”, but it never moves nor reads my card.

I would rate this app negative stars if I could, the reviews are correct you can’t add these gift cards to Apple Wallet

Absolutely ridiculous app ! Brought a gift card off preeze the 7/11 one and only way to use this card is to download this stupid app ! It is thee most painful experience you finally get the card on the app and guess what no option to add to Apple wallet or Google wallet ! 🤯

Was tricked to pay
I giving this scan app a -5 due to the sneaky way they ended up charging me to pay for this app. I have finally gotten enough point to get a gift card for 50.00. When I did I was sent to activate like normal but was not able to use my card unless I had to add it to my wallet. So this ad came up mentioning “ get the my card wallet app to add to your apple wallet” that is it. And a download button on the bottom. So I clicked the button and went through the steps, it did ask for a card number so I thought I was already adding to my wallet. When I was done adding it said that’s for your apple pay purchase. I was like what the hell what purchase. So they ended up charging me 15.14 just to get this app. This app should be band from the apple store.

No stars was not an option…Bought an e-gift card for my tween. Downloaded app and ecard won’t load. Downloaded app to my phone and it’s in Spanish! Can’t change. No person when you call it’s all automated. Do not recommend.

Glitch
