Scam with zero customer service
Bought a card and it happened to be a faulty one and they just block it and wipe the money. No charge back. Customer robots says I need to go back to the store where the card literally says “no refunds” don’t buy these. They work when they work but once u get a faulty they can’t send u a new one like other visa brands can bc it’s all ran by robots. Do better. I email you guys days ago twice now and you don’t answer and ur support number doesn’t bring me to a person

Missing Key Features
This app is useful for tracking transactions and balances, but it’s missing the ability to manually enter card details. You also can’t add card to Apple Wallet directly from the app.

The app usually works great when I add a gift card in there to add into my apple wallet. but today it’s telling me that my account is locked?! I can’t seem to find a customer service number to call to get some assistance to fix this.

How did this app get 4.5 rating with all reviews being 1 star? This has got to be fake. And people are comparing about not being able to add the cards to their Apple wallet. Well I can’t even add my cards to the app so I win with the worst experience ever.
Hard to get into
I can’t login to my account it says error and then when I try again still nothing sometimes in lets me but it’s difficult and frustrating please fix this

Someone else's $200 reward card was mistakenly added to my account. There is no where to report this. Who knows how many times they've given cards to incorrect users. The only reason I used this app at was because I was not given the choice of where to redeem a reward.

This app won’t even let me add the card, I put over $100 on the card and it won’t even let me add the card into wallet. I went online and it still won’t let me. I have tried 100 times. It keeps saying “somethings wrong” unless it gets fixed and adds I wasted my money. And I’m so upset.
Why create an app
Why add an app that cannot be used and not able to add into apple wallet ? Why you exist? 7-elevent Visa card must disconnect with this app

Charged me a 50 dollar fee to my bank account credit card gave no idea how it got this information.
My balance is now ZERO after the last update!

Borderline unusable, avoid at all costs
I’d give this app zero stars if I could. I am unable to login to the app, can’t access a few hundred dollars in my wallet/giftcards, and there is no customer support phone number available.
Waste of time
No option to add card to Apple Wallet, screens look different to those shown here. Very slow customer service response without clear direction for problem solving. I have an unusable gift card sitting there until they sort this out.
