I added a Visa card voucher to my card wallet and wanted to transfer it to my Apple wallet.
Can’t find any information or directions on how to do it.

Glitch
This app isn’t letting me add my gift card to my Apple wallet!! I tried multiple times and even tried contacting customer support about it but just cannot seem to reach them. I need help

Huge waste of time
Has the option to use a website to log into the wallet and it says you can just add cards from there to your apple wallet, but only after you make an account does it make it apparent that you in fact do need to download the app to do so, and guess what..the app didn’t even give me the option to add anything to my apple wallet. Giant waste of time I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless my goal was to infuriate someone. 0/5

I had two cards in this wallet and they both have disappeared. What’s with that?
No option to add to Apple Wallet
Was pushed to download this app and share personal information to add my finder card to apple wallet so its usable. There is no option in the app to add to apple wallet and no support option in the app. Just useless FAQ. This is a data harvesting app nothing more.

Save yourself the headache
These cards only actually work like once ever 4 times. Honestly these scammers just drag their feet hoing you just give up. It’s exhausting, literally do anything else.
App won’t connect ecards
I love using this service but after I have redeemed my card I cannot access it on the app, past purchases fail to load and show up as a purchase but blank card
Not at all easy to use
This app is not easy to use at all. Entering the information is a pain because the information you have to input is not easy to find on the card itself. It has been difficult to try to use for online payments. When I’ve tried to open the app to find the card information, the app simply says “error, something went wrong.” I have tried to use this to purchase items and been denied despite the gift card still having more than enough money on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting this app or the corresponding gift cards.

Rip off
This is the biggest ripoff scammer. They don't allow you to find your lost account. NO support at all! Take money from your account once a year. And don't give you a simple way to show what's left on the card in Apple Pay!
MyCardWallet - do not use
The process is cumbersome and no instructions are provided, so you need to jump through numerous hoops to finally add your card to the digital wallet. It was extremely frustrating and I had to repeat the process several times just to find out that something else had to be done, but there are no instructions so you flounder until you get to the right actions to finish. Why the prepaid card vendor uses this process is beyond me since I can save items to my wallet without using a third party app.
