They scam me because apple account did a refund for $5 dollars back to this card and they never put it back on my card and they just take it for there self

Shout Out to MyCardWallet.
The account is easy to make. The ability to link gift cards to your Apple wallet is so cool and convenient. I use my Apple wallet all the time and certain prepaid cards are not allowed and this app gives an opportunity to a vast amount of cards that can be added and used for purchases.
My money was suddenly gone
When i tried to log in to check my balance, my card was gone. When tried to add it my back in my account it said the card does not belong to account
Easy to use
Added my card in here and I am able to track my balance
Why On Earth?
Why do I have to download yet another app in order to download this card to my current app?

This is a scam. Nothing will scan, unable to load any funds to any wallet. I’ve just lost $300.00. Shame on them.
Update: They asked for specifics on what wasn’t working. I gave them the requested information. NO RESPONSE. That verified what I originally said. JUNK.

The worst app ever
The scan QR code doesn’t work so I have three cards waiting to be added to my wallet but I can’t as I’m stuck in a loop. There isn’t customer support anywhere, the FAQ is very poor and the overall experience is bad to say the least.
Maybe all those positive reviews are fake or they are all using Android devices otherwise I can’t believe people will rate this app positively. If I could I would give them zero stars.
Developers team, please fix those bugs or people like me won’t be able to redeem the cards!

I have only been able to use a card once, but these for $5-7 will not work. Or at least I can’t get them to and neither can Walmart.
