White Screen

Still experiencing a blank white screen when I try to log into my account.

Cannot access

Every time I open this app to log in, it is only a white screen. Super disappointing for this new customer! It seems like this has been an issue for a long time and still isn’t resolved? Terrible.

MyCentral app disappointing

Very disappointed that I could not access my policy via myCentral app when renting a storage unit. Just got message that policy could not be downloaded even though I am setup one policy service.

App doesn’t work

App doesn’t work at all even the website won’t load

Happy to take your money, will find every reason to deny a claim.

Having worked with 3 other insurance companies in past 15 years, you can do better with about any other insurance company.
