White Screen
Still experiencing a blank white screen when I try to log into my account.
Cannot access
Every time I open this app to log in, it is only a white screen. Super disappointing for this new customer! It seems like this has been an issue for a long time and still isn’t resolved? Terrible.
MyCentral app disappointing
Very disappointed that I could not access my policy via myCentral app when renting a storage unit. Just got message that policy could not be downloaded even though I am setup one policy service.

Happy to take your money, will find every reason to deny a claim.
Having worked with 3 other insurance companies in past 15 years, you can do better with about any other insurance company.
Website won’t let me access account
Title tells it all. Trying to buy new car can’t access site. Says rest can’t be accessed. So frustrating
Not a helpful app
I continue to have difficulty adding my policies to the website and app in order to check my statements and adjust the monthly payment.

The app is not loading correctly. This has been an intermittent issue for a while now. Please update this app.
No longer works
Was a decent app. Nothing spectacular, but allowed you to get what you needed, but it hasn't worked at all in over a month.
White screen of death!
So the app currently has some bug issues that need to be fixed. When I have two identical devices side by side, one can log into the app, and the other one has a blank screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help either.

Very frustrating to use
Waste of time! Do not download
Downloaded it to try it and it worked great for the first two months. Now, on two separate occasions, you try to go in put the password in and it locks you out and you have to go through a whole long process. Nothing has changed on my end. Completely and utterly frustrating.
Mobile app
Deeply appreciate the availability of the mobile app and the information it provides. I truly like the convenience of having it available on my phone.
Works Only On Occasion
I get very frustrated. Sometimes this app doesn’t respond at all. What’s the point of going paperless when the app isn’t maintained to function dependably.
Annoying
Just plain annoying. Far too much difficulty in setting up the account. And I’m forced to use the app because none of three browsers on my computer or able to penetrate central insurances website on the Internet.
Missing feature
It would be nice if I could print my proof of insurance from this app.

Works great. Doesn't try to be more than it is.
Adequate
The Forgot Password feature fails to display the email address the reminder is going to. Documents appear to be PDF but cannot be saved, emailed, opened as PDF, or viewed in landscape mode. The Central website now has no login page and it's almost impossible to figure out that the app is the only way to log in. The basic information is here and is usable but the execution is not great.
By the way, at least several of the other reviews appear to have been submitted by people affiliated with Central Insurance.

Easy to use
Great app that gives me access to my policy info plus billing.
Awesome app
I never have to worry about which vehicle I might be in. This app has all my vehicles in it. Easy to use. Great app!
