Remote Start
I had my 25 Equinox for two years. I was able to remote start whenever I wanted for FREE. Now if I want to remote start, I now have to pay for it?! Even though I had it for two years for FREE. What a fing joke. Smdh.

The app on my phone is about worthless half the time it tells me I must use the key as well not even have it I really regret buying this truck and it’s only been two weeks should’ve bought a Ford
Energy Pass
Ever since I got my car I haven’t been able to use Energy Pass. It’s a great idea if I could use it but now I’m stuck with four different apps to charge my car when I need to. On top of that I can hardly ever get an up to date charging status.

Bad radio and/or antenna
Bad radio. Both local radio and Sirius cut in and out pause play, pause play, pause play. The dealership says it is on back order from GM. It has not been fixed for over 6 months. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer.

Feature request
The iPhone app is very useful. It is both informative and accurate. That said, as a work from home full time employee, I spend most of my day on a IOS or Windows device. I would like to see the app in that environment and would really like to see an apple “menu bar extra” that shows current status of charge and tire pressure, and status of charge when connected to my home charger.

Went to Indianapolis and lost gps. This app failed did not have password with me. You can not get a map anymore. Lost everyday.

The app was good until the update and I can’t find climate control to run my AC, and heater when starting my truck. Now it’s gone, that was a good feature. Messed up

I miss having the climate control option on my 2025 Silverado. When I purchased it in late May 2025, it was there and then they removed it shortly thereafter

The app does not show whether my doors are locked or unlocked. The icons are not highlighted therefore I have no way of knowing if car is locked or unlocked. 2026 Tahoe. Why doesn't the app show if sunroof is open or closed?

Not connecting.
Every update it seems to have either a bug or something because even with good signal my vehicle doesn’t want to either start, takes forever or just doesn’t sync or connect to the app.
I shouldn’t get ads while using a vehicle I own!!
I guess for Black Friday I don’t get to use the app because it’s just one big ad across the screen. This is absolutely embarrassing for GM.

Missing?
At one time I was able to modify the temperature and extend the time it was on. That is gone now, or am I just missing it somehow?
