Simply, a “must” have!
Having the peace-of-mind, of knowing that at any moment I can use my app to lock, unlock, start and even turn off my truck, not to mention, tracking it and knowing where it is at all times, makes the monthly, small cost, a no-brainer. Really, a must have.

Love it but needs more
Love the app with my 2026 trax, but it’s missing so much. Lock/ unlock indicators, set my heat or air conditioner with remote start, show current status of vehicle over all. If it’s on or off lock unlocked door opened. They was a way to set remote start stats like heated seats and steering wheel on or off. But when app updated lost it off. Not happy that I lost features that I used to have right after I bought my first Chevy. Might be my last!!! Other makers make their apps so much better.

I love my suburban and I love the app
This app is so wonderful and nice, it saved the day with unlocking doors and locking doors and we forgot so nice to be able to start the car just from the app and turn the car off from the app. It's the most amazing thing.
Not working well
The app used to work well but now the fuel information is inaccurate and it takes a long time to show location and frequently says there is an error

Needs an update
The app needs an update because it’s been glitching the last week or so for me. Been using this app since May 2026.
Worthless
My charge level does not update, despite logging out of app and logging back in, force quitting and logging back in as well as powering phone off then back on.

I don’t understand how onstar has control over my Chevy app the prices are ridiculous
