Great But
I used to use this app regularly and really enjoyed it. However, recently the start function will not work from the app. It always took a long time to start from the app but now it just sends me an error message every time. Even when I’m on WiFi and the car is close by I just don’t have keys in hand. It sends an error message and says Tahoe failed to start.

Hello! I used to love this app, but after the last update, I have lost the functions of turning on the air conditioning, and locking the doors remotely! What makes this app totally useless for me.

This app keeps having to be restarted, and I am having problems starting the vehicle every time

So far good but I don’t have a spare tire. So if I get a flat I’m screwed.
Remote start
The app is good I just wish Chevrolet has a remote start for a manual vehicle. You know, if the car is in gear, have an interlock in the program. But with neutral and the electric parking break on, it shouldn’t be a problem. I just can’t see paying for this feature and can’t use remote start.
Terrible app, never works
Remote start never works, fuel amount is days behind. Absolute trash app. Do better, Chevrolet. Toyota is embarrassing you.
Works great; charging kWh way off
App works great. However for EVs the report on how many kWh were charged is wildly off. It shows 10,000 kWh from a trickle charger one evening! These are actually Wh, please divide by 1,000, then show the number.
Ever since this last update, it’s been trash
Ever since the last update, the app has been trashed. I like it was the way before, and also needs to have more improve improvements for climate control.
Frustrated & Disappointed
This app never works right after updating. Not getting alerts/notifications. I’ve reported & did all the troubleshooting & works for a little while, but the quits.
Some Ads, features and functionality OK
Support helped with a log-in issue by requiring me to change some browser settings. The app does have some ads, most of which can be dismissed.

Stop the updates
Too many updates. Don’t automatically logout after any time period. My key fob doesn’t need updates or stop working. I never know when the app will work so can’t count on it. Button feedback could be clearer with text instead of animation.
App not always working
After my truck sits for a while, the app does not like to start it, and once it is started cannot do the extended command start on the app very disappointed for what we pay, thinking about cancelling it

Really surprised at how bad this app is. Have yet to have certain features work in the 5 months I’ve had it like remote start.
