The app never works properly. Even when my information is correct my “pay now” button seems to not have a function because it just turns blue and nothing happens. Garbage.

The app just errors out every time I try to make an order “Order can not be validate”. Not to mention there are so many bugs and the grammar is horrible. I don’t recommend this app, just go order in person.

Needs a good update to just about everything, specifically the tracking system to track your food order.

It shows the state of Texas on the app leading people to believe you can use this app in the United States but it only allows people overseas in foreign countries to use this app. So tired of these misleading descriptions of apps. If I could give this app zero stars I would
Not for me
I got excited to see this app. After opening it I found out it’s OCONUS only. I wish it said that in the description before I installed it. Hopefully they will update the description, or even better, make it available in the US.

Not actually functional
The developers have clearly never tried to use this app and have also somehow completely ignored any feedback. Almost nothing works and the things that do work don’t work how you expect them to. The minimum charge is ridiculous. I can’t even order lunch for delivery. Even without a minimum charge, the order won’t go through. You tell it where you live and every time it asks what base you’d like to order from.

Never got my delivery
Went to order food and after waiting for an hour, got told that my food was being prepared, picked up, and delivered all at once. Never received my food and there’s no way to get your money back or contact the driver about where your food is. This is the worst app to use for getting your food delivered and would not recommend

Missing food
I’ve ordered 3 times in a row and paid each time in full price and did not get my food. I figured that the first time was just a mistake and maybe the order didn’t go through so I just tried again. And to my surprise I still did not get my food. When I tried to get a refund they kept refusing to give my money back. Garbage app. Do not download.

You can’t rate individual vendors
I’ve only used this app twice, but never again, it’s just an excuse for the vendors to take advantage of SMs, they don’t deliver what they advertise.
App stole my money
I was feeling hungry and decided to use this app the order from BK but once I click confirm payment, there was a loading icon and then the screen popped up a message “Network Error”. I then was sent back to the beginning on the page. I checked my bank balance and sure enough it stole my $21.17 from me. I looked at my emails and I have no new updates regarding an order has been made or is in progress. I call the BK supervisor who works there and she didn’t see any order of mine. So now I am very mad, I just lost my hard earned money to some app and didn’t even get some food. I use my WiFi for the transaction and it has never been slow on speed. I get it if the order didn’t work, but it stole my money. This was my experience with this app. It is way too buggy and never works from time to time.

I’m not a robot
Every time I try to verify that I’m not a robot I do it right but the app continues to say “Captcha bot not match” I’ve don’t it 20 times correctly, I don’t have any vpn on or script blocking extensions so to me it’s just the app, this problem needs to get fixed, also the fact that delivery requires 15$ minimum but can’t recognize that I did go over 15 and forces customers to buy more food is wack this is another sad unfortunate feature of the app that needs to be fixed I don’t mind the 15$ and up but fix the app so it can recognize when my order is 15$ and more.

God what an incredibly dumb verification system. When you finally manage to chose all the squares that looks like a bicycle the verification stops and makes you restart it.
Just drive to get food
Sometimes depending on the store, they will wait hours just to get your food to you cause it’s too inconvenient for them to deliver on base themselves for $5, also for international, the call option for help is not American phone friendly.
