Not functional
Before the new update this app would’ve been 4 stars. But for the past 5 days I haven’t been able to submit an order at all. I’ll will add everything to my cart but after hitting “submit order” it does nothing. Completely useless.

The app is not even letting ppl put their card so you can’t even order.

App UI is very bad and not user friendly, prices are frustrating, and the app is slow and does not work at times
After update fix
For those who’s app isn’t working after the recent update just uninstall the app and reinstall. It should work again.

Works as intended.
-They have the delivery hours posted.
-You can select the time you want your food delivered. (ASAP or later)
-App gives you updates
-You earn coupons
-food arrives on the post time or earlier
The only things I’ve had a problem with was the restaurants, not the delivery service when it comes to the contents of the order. Appreciate all the hard work and service. 🫡

This app won’t even let me order food even when my information is right do not download just go get u yourself honestly don’t waste your time with this app
Constantly bugged or broken
This app is one of the most poorly executed delivery apps I’ve ever used. Way too often, the app either crashes, fails to accept orders, tells the user they’re “logged out” when they’re clearly not, or just fails to submit the orders it’s been given. It only manages to remain viable since AAFES has a stranglehold on the delivery market on post.

The developers have clearly never tried to use this app and have also somehow completely ignored any feedback. Almost nothing works and the things that do work don’t work how you expect them to. The minimum charge is ridiculous. I can’t even order lunch for delivery. Even without a minimum charge, the order won’t go through. You tell it where you live and every time it asks what base you’d like to order from.

App Shows error code for nothing
This app constantly shows an error code about my card information being wrong when it’s not. Then proceeds to not let me order any for 30 minutes. Every time I try again it does the same thing.
Terrible.
The app never works properly. Even when my information is correct my “pay now” button seems to not have a function because it just turns blue and nothing happens. Garbage.

The app just errors out every time I try to make an order “Order can not be validate”. Not to mention there are so many bugs and the grammar is horrible. I don’t recommend this app, just go order in person.

Needs a good update to just about everything, specifically the tracking system to track your food order.

It shows the state of Texas on the app leading people to believe you can use this app in the United States but it only allows people overseas in foreign countries to use this app. So tired of these misleading descriptions of apps. If I could give this app zero stars I would
