Waiting on them to get back with you for 72 hours and still no help my money goes to flex pay everyday now I’m having problems using the app after having it got 6 months and the people they have talking to you are rude and nasty they don’t know how to do they jobs and till you they understand your frustration but still not helping

Can’t even set it up
I downloaded it to try and get it setup and it prompts with an email and no matter how many times I close the app, restart my phone, and enter my email and click next it won’t let me move forward.

This app takes forever for support chat. There is no real agents when it comes to support. Does not input hours correctly. I’m just beyond frustrated with this app.
Horrible UI & Customer Service
There’s no way to actually contact someone. Have to wait 24 hours to get a response which isn’t helpful when a person needs the funds asap. The app gives error messages that are not even found in the FAQs. If I cannot talk to someone or find how to fix the error message myself the app is useless and a waste of time. Now I have to figure out a different solution for a stressful situation after wasting time with this app. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Worst App Ever
I used to enjoy using this app but now it’s been the most frustrating experience trying to get access after having to reenroll and the site doesn’t recognize my email address. Customer is a complete joke. There is no live assistance, only prerecorded chat responses that are useless. I hate that my employer uses this site for pay advances. I’m over it.

Beware! No customer service help only ai bots for days no help
Had this app for years and then today, my wages were avaible, then it auto disabled, chat is ai bots, tickets escalate, no reply for days. In the mean time wages keep being deposited and no way to remove. Don’t down load use other systems/ apps
No response/long waits
I was enjoying the app at first when I got consistent next day transfers. But longer waits have become more and more frequent. I used to use net spend at my old job and I used to have available money to transfer next day at 7am no matter what. I use this app to help me with saving. I spend the money I need to spend with the transfers and then the rest goes on my check and gets deposited where I don’t touch it. I figured your app would be like net spend and I could rely on money when I needed it. Also the AI help chat does not give you any solid answers to your questions. It basically just repeats the same answers. I have taken steps because this app is not reliable, and I’m kind of disappointed.

My shifts are missing!!
None of my shifts are available and I need the money to pay bills that are due! Some bot just told me that it was a sync delay for hourly employees. That doesn’t help me. I can’t tell the electric company that I can’t pay my bill because there is a sync delay. Make my shifts available!
Doesn’t always work
This app updates at random times you never know when money will pop up or won’t pop up. Very inconsistent.

I’ve been trying to figure out why my shifts haven’t updated and I’ve worked 2 shifts since the first shift and they haven’t updated my hours nor did they add the money that I accumulated from working. They don’t help because it’s not someone u can call and talk to it’s just a chat box that says they gonna reach out but no one ever does.

Bro they get us to sign up for this app for no reason. The point of it is for me to access my money when i finish working. Mean while i gotta wait to the next day. What tf point of that is suppose to be emergency money. There’s no urgency to this app.
Only uses ai chat support
This app was one of the most frustrating apps that i have ever dealt with. I entered all my correctly as stated in their videos, waited for the 48 hours that they said to wait then after the 48 hours it still said that they were still verifying my info, so when I entered a ticket they only use prewritten messages and could not help me at all even though i sent them proof that everything was sent correctly. So I just deleted my account because I was done dealing with them.
