Utility payment function doesn’t work
Unable to view or pay utility bill. It says the browser within the up is out of date. Please fix.

Incorrect
It wouldn’t let me join because it said the email I used is already registered, but I’ve never signed up before.
Needs fixed
The app needs some work. When you open up the street section it puts you in Africa and you have to zoom out and then zoom into Frisco to find the location. Then once you do find the location the address is wrong. The app needs some work.
App works, sometimes.
The map function is terrible, when I type an address or just a street name, it tells me it’s out of jurisdiction and the map is either all grey or light blue, doesn’t load. It’s a pain to set the location, everything else including the quick responses from the corresponding departments are great.
Can’t submit request
I wanted to use this app for the first time to alert the city that pedestrian crosswalk signals are not working. I input all the requested information but submit button will not work.
Nice way to request city services!
App works fine, but interface needs a little polish. Great start though!
