I had a terrible experience with their brand support. I ordered the Cabarnet Kiss lip liner but received Mocha Magic instead. When I contacted customer support, they asked for the invoice, packaging, and product photos. Despite sending them the invoice from my Glamm account, clearly showing the Cabarnet Kiss shade, they denied sending the wrong product and claimed they had sent what I ordered without even looking at my attachment. After resending the screenshot, they offered me a coupon that doesn’t apply to any products on their site. Now, I'm stuck with a shade that doesn't suit my brown skin.

Worst experience!!! Waste of time and money !!
Worst app when it comes to experience !!! There’s no way we can seek help, there’s just a chat box which gives us automated answers!!! I placed a paid order on 9th November and still to date haven’t received the order !! Unlike any other app like Nykaa or Sugar, I didn’t get any call from the delivery person to date but just an useless message to provide OTP on delivery!!
I can’t even complain about it to somebody as their help and support is just a joke !!! Lost my money , hopefully somebody reads this before using this platform !!!

Pathetic app
Some work is really needed to learn how to run an app. Its really frustating that i have ordered some items which was showing processing…., not confirmed, i ordered it multiple times not knowing order is already placed, neither app nor site is showing my order items except my email which i found out later. Cant see how many times i have ordered the same items, app is denying my sign in request. It says access denied when i try to help and support? What am i suppose to do now??What the hell is wrong with this app, never ever using this platform again, its Sick!!!!!

Worst fraud cheater
I recently purchased a gift card from MyGlam, only to find out it was invalid when I tried to use it. Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I’ve had the worst experience with their customer care support.
Firstly, I’ve lodged at least three complaints through their online support system, but haven’t received any response. It’s been days, and there’s been complete silence from their end. They have completely ignored my concerns and provided no assistance whatsoever. Their lack of response is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, their customer service phone number isn’t working. Every time I call, it either doesn’t connect or I get an automated message saying the number is out of service. They have made it impossible to reach them for help, which has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I was excited to use MyGlam’s products, but this experience has left a sour taste. I expected much better from such a well-known brand. It’s disheartening to see that they don’t value their customers enough to provide basic support. Has anyone else faced similar issues? Any purchase any they just make fool out of you . They agent / customer support is for name they never provide any solutions better purchase makeup from other brand at least they don’t fraud people.

Their team members send me same messages from 16.08.23 that my parcel is on the way, but I don’t receive my parcel till date 26.0823. There’s products are amazing but the company is cheating with the customers.

Poor experience
l ordered 4 lipsticks from their app and all of them turned out to be so bad. The products that I received were completely different from the ones shown on their app. And when I tried to talk to their customer support, first- they give reply in years and moreover they use chatbots that repeatedly give same replies, second- the customer support is not ready to accept that there's a huge difference between the shades received and the ones shown on the app. They are saying that it may be due to the various screen brightness.
There's a visible difference between bright orange and brown colour that anyone can distinguish. Not at all recommended!!
Worst experience! At least provide return or exchange service if you are not giving the products shown on your app so that the person can buy some other shade that can be used or at least setup a good customer care service.

It is a scam. I ordered lipstick from this site and after 1 week they showed the status as an order had been delivered but I didn't receive any parcel. and I have tried to contact them through Gmail, but they haven't replied then I tried to call customer support they didn't answer then I do a message to customer support but they said we will check and let you know within 3-4 working days and now they are saying we cannot help you with this and even they have deleted all previous messages and not only that they have also blocked my account so that I cannot write a review for that ... please do not order anything from this site

This is worst app i have ever downloaded they deliver me wrong product i lost my thousand rupees they delivered me wrong product and they don’t have any return exchange policy so whoever are purchasing anything from Myglamm I would like to tell you that don’t invest your money i lost my thousand rupees product was missing and i just got one lipstick which cost around 2 or three hundred something worst worst worst app worst app they will deliver you just one lipstick which cost just 200 and they will charge 1000 i have order around 6 to 5 product and i just got one worst worst worst app😡😡😡😡😡😡

Damaged products
It was my first time in MyGlamm, out of 4 products I got 3 of them completely dried. The damaged products were, POSE HD highlighter, it was completely damaged and the highlighter came out of the packaging, Twist it mascara it was so dried up and this also came out of the packaging and also the brush of the mascara came off in the bottle itself, Chisel it 3 in 1 highlighter blush and bronzed, the products in the palette were broken and also came out of the packaging. I will never buy any products from MyGlamm again. I help service in the app is soo bad, the responses from the MyGlamm team soo late. I really wish the MyGlamm team looks into the matter and take right actions in the future!!!

Bad customer service
I ordered something and received wrong product. When I tried chatting to the agent he didn’t reply. I wanted to exchange or return may be but I didn’t receive any reply. Only the chatbot replies. This is really very sad and disappointing. What will you do when you can’t even resolve your customers issue. This is really frustrating. I ordered so many times but never expected this kind of response from my glamm. What kind of service is this. If a person is not satisfied with the product you people are just not even interested in that. I am also a human being I feel bad and get hurt. This is about money for me this is very clear. Poor people also order and have expectations like me. But what to do in this situation. Received a wrong product but can’t do anything about it. Neither return nor exchange.
