Loss of money
I placed the order 2 months back.. till now i did not receive the product.. i thought of cancelling it since there is no update about the order even though i tried contacting customer care.. it always shows the customer service is busy or error. When i tried to cancel it after a few days the app is not working.. it shows to update to new version so when i do that app store doesn’t shows any new updates & i tried in their website & it is also showing under maintenance for more than a month..i haven’t faced such a worst experience from any other apps..

I have placed the order and the app is not working. I cannot track my order. I have made two orders or maybe three. I don’t remember that because it has been long time. The app is not working and I have made the prepaid orders and now I cannot get any updates because the app is not working, and I didn’t get the refund yet. After online payment product not received
I wanted to purchase pose hd countor, so I placed order from the app and the payment was done online through upi. It’s been 15 days now almost but did not received any product and even no update is there through sms or mail. Worst app ever! When I open app now it shows that update is needed update now, when I click on update now button no updates are there for the app! Expected Luxury, Received a Broken Product
I was really excited to try the Manish Malhotra lipstick, but unfortunately, it arrived broken. The bullet was completely detached and unusable right out of the box. For such a premium product, I expected better packaging and quality control. It’s very disappointing to receive a damaged item, especially at this price point. I’ve contacted customer support, but this experience has definitely made me rethink ordering again.

Customer service is very poor
I got damaged Concelor in my order, there is no customer care no. and there customer support chat section is useless, I updated there several times for exchange and in chat they said upload pic of damaged product for easy exchange process but after uploading pic there were no response in chat and there was no option for typing after uploading pic… I also send them mail on there care id but I got their reply that go to chat section for support… waste of money….

Worst brands
I had a terrible experience with their brand support. I ordered the Cabarnet Kiss lip liner but received Mocha Magic instead. When I contacted customer support, they asked for the invoice, packaging, and product photos. Despite sending them the invoice from my Glamm account, clearly showing the Cabarnet Kiss shade, they denied sending the wrong product and claimed they had sent what I ordered without even looking at my attachment. After resending the screenshot, they offered me a coupon that doesn’t apply to any products on their site. Now, I'm stuck with a shade that doesn't suit my brown skin.

Worst experience!!! Waste of time and money !!
Worst app when it comes to experience !!! There’s no way we can seek help, there’s just a chat box which gives us automated answers!!! I placed a paid order on 9th November and still to date haven’t received the order !! Unlike any other app like Nykaa or Sugar, I didn’t get any call from the delivery person to date but just an useless message to provide OTP on delivery!!
I can’t even complain about it to somebody as their help and support is just a joke !!! Lost my money , hopefully somebody reads this before using this platform !!!

Pathetic app
Some work is really needed to learn how to run an app. Its really frustating that i have ordered some items which was showing processing…., not confirmed, i ordered it multiple times not knowing order is already placed, neither app nor site is showing my order items except my email which i found out later. Cant see how many times i have ordered the same items, app is denying my sign in request. It says access denied when i try to help and support? What am i suppose to do now??What the hell is wrong with this app, never ever using this platform again, its Sick!!!!!

Worst fraud cheater
I recently purchased a gift card from MyGlam, only to find out it was invalid when I tried to use it. Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I’ve had the worst experience with their customer care support.
Firstly, I’ve lodged at least three complaints through their online support system, but haven’t received any response. It’s been days, and there’s been complete silence from their end. They have completely ignored my concerns and provided no assistance whatsoever. Their lack of response is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, their customer service phone number isn’t working. Every time I call, it either doesn’t connect or I get an automated message saying the number is out of service. They have made it impossible to reach them for help, which has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Bad service experience
I have been using myglamm for the long time now. I was always very curious about how the company is even surviving after so many discount. I know now i had ordered many products from the app and there were issue in most of them. I asked them for the refund and they refused and closed the chat abruptly. I don’t understand how Manish malhotra has agreed for this collaboration. I told them i will be out of town for a month now as my brother is getting married and ask for rupees 279. They treat their legend customers like this. This is fraud.

0 customer support, bad packaging team and pathetic products. I ordered from this app after 3 years thinking the products would have improved. 1 ordered 2 lipsticks this time - light and dark pink. What I’ve got - 2 red lipsticks. Useless. No customer support received yet and won’t able install this app again. Don’t understand how can such brand belong to a big fashionista. Doesn’t he knows about customer experiences and useless staff.

Missing product
I ordered two lipsticks with nail pop xo nail paints. But i only received nail paints in the box and no lipsticks. I raised request to the chat bot but reply was so slow that i had to left the chat. But no option to raise request again😔.And you can’t even share your review easily on play store. I was not angry but it is checking my patience level.
