Love this truck
Plenty of power with the 5.3 engine, great fuel economy.
Remote control climate
They took away remote control climate from within the app and that was a primary reason I had gotten this vehicle
Voice Command Options
This App is ok but it doesn’t allow shortcuts for Voice Command start or stop, lock or unlock. This needs to be an option for easier hand-free options.
Safe and convenient
The GM app adds a layer of safety and convenience to your vehicle. Remote feature are exceptional especially when you can start the vehicle in extreme weather and get into a comfortable car. My husband likes the real time vehicle status updates.
Keeps getting worse
Used to have a lot more features when I first bought the truck. Now only basic functionality. Embracing support for a 70K+ truck.

The stitching on the drivers seat has failed at 6000 miles and I was refused a warranty claim by GM.
I find this completely unacceptable when paying 90k for a vehicle from the manufacturer- especially when the SVG dealership in Springfield Ohio has done such a nice job locally. SVG also informed me that they have seen seat stitching issues prior to me reporting it…
I have since moved to Massachusetts in the last week and the GM dealer I went to denied my claim.
Tell me why I should continue to support buying GM products…

Great for everything, except finding charging
The myGMC app does everything I’d hope it would quite reliably, with one major exception it excludes large parts of the EV charging ecosystem to attempt to funnel you to GMC backed charging options. That would be marginally ok, if it wasn’t for the premium this same network also carries. It won’t show Tesla chargers and I rarely find it taking me to the best network in our area, Electrify America.

Takes forever
It takes forever to load and get anything done on it .. my husbands Chevy does it almost automatically, mine takes at least a minute or so to load my request
My new GMC sierra
It’s the best decision and the best truck I’ve ever owned. I’ve had Fords. I’ve had Chevys. I’ve had a Dodge and now I have a GMC is the best truck I’ve ever owned. I love it the ride the comfort, beautiful thank you
No controls!!!!
All this app is good for is simply the remote start when you’re too far for the key fob to work.
You can’t control climate, or any other features. I guess the car kicks on AC or heat depending on the outside temperature. We still need the ability to defrost in the summer.
This would have been a vehicle purchasing deal breaker for me.
When the app gets updated to make sense, I’ll change my review.

Feature Request
The app is incredible. The UI is super user-friendly and allows you to control a bunch of different things on your car remotely. With the newest update, it removed the ability to see the current lock/unlock status of the vehicle. I would love to see that functionality return so I don't have to wonder if I forgot to lock my car!
