Fix It
The app was great until just a few months ago. The mileage and gas percentage never changes. Nothing works to try to fix it. Let’s get it fixed!

The app has been improved a lot since I first downloaded it it’s not Tesla level yet but I love using it helps out a bunch . Keep up the good work GMC

Love the app and features but it would be nice if after the free 3 years are up, the basics like lock/start would stay free forever.

Rivals MyBMW, a little better than Ford
Good connectivity, snappy operation, pleasant UX, you can tell they put some work in on this app, and possibly pulled engineers away from making the built-in Google Maps useful and functional in doing so, since it’s total rubbish. One unnecessary limitation is there is no satellite view for the vehicle locator map. This makes it much less useful because you can’t see exactly what row your vehicle is in, in a parking lot, for example. It’s less intuitive when walking to your vehicle and trying to find it. Using the map, all you see is generally how far away you are and what direction. Satellite view is available in both MyBMW and Ford, and needs to be here too.

Convenient and Easy to use
I like how I don’t have to be within the vicinity of the car to start and lock it or to check in status like air pressure in the tires. I like how easy the app is to navigate.

Hottest week of the year and AC on GMC Truck 11 months old goes out and it’s taking a week just to get it looked at. Sucks to be me

Doesn’t work consistently.
Spotty at best
This app constantly stops working. Doesn’t matter how good your WiFi or regular service is, it will say it’s unavailable. GMC wants too much money monthly for this app. Fix it and maybe it’ll be worth a shot. Very disappointing
Decent
App works fine, only bad side is that every time I need to remotely start my truck I am already 2 updates behind and it never fails, every time
Remote start timer
Wish the app had a timer to start the vehicle before work every day
Premium Features need premium dollars.
Most of the things I need are on the application, but unless you buy more than the base/Elevation package remote start isn’t available.
