Issues with OTP & profile verification
I am very disappointed with this app. On the very first day of using it, I did not receive any OTP at all, despite numerous attempts.
I have also repeatedly contacted the admin to verify my profile so I can access my medical records, but the issue still has not been resolved on day 4. It is frustrating, especially when medical information should be easily accessible.
Please improve and provide better customer support because this experience has been extremely inconvenient

Needs to be improved
Lab work results take 15 days to be uploaded to the app. That’s quite ridiculous.
Can’t Sign Up
Despite many attempts to create an account and manage my dad’s appointments - kept getting stuck at the register button. Error message : Captcha Done.

Not a very useful app. Can't see any of my past receipts despite being to Pantai Hospital many times.
Cannot open the app
Keeps showing “Unknown error”. Please fix.
Unable to add date of birth upon registration
The calendar is wrapped. There is no option to select year. So temporarily need to put the current date. After successful registration, unable to edit date of birth.

我这几年一直进医院，之前没有这个apps每次医疗卡不见. 这个apps 我直接方便多了可以直接查询appointment日期和医生名字资料都有. 住院的时候可以自己点餐不会每次被护士打扰点餐

In the registration process it asked for otp that was never delivered. So the registration process can never be completed.
