Unfortunately my company has chosen this as an option. My issue is having to wait so long sometimes to have my money. As a single parent in this economy it’s pretty inconvenient to just hand over $150 to wait a week without it.

When i try to login on mobile the screen turns black. There’s no update available so not sure how to fix this.

Live chat worked.

Customer Service with Aly. Was great. She directed me what was required to complete my claim. Wish there was more live customer service reps all across the board, than the AI garbage that everyone provides.
