Unable to change information on the app.
I am unable to change incorrect information in the app. My PCP is incorrect and I cannot put the correct one in, even though he is listed on the app.
I also receive notifications that they are unable to send messages via email even though my email address is correct.

…especially after the latest update in July 2026. I just now reported it. Not able to log my active days any longer. I’ve logged them since January but now the days of the month aren’t accessible.

This app is very slow to react to answers. The fact that you still can’t keep phone number separated or email address from mine. It does layout benefits pretty well but if you need something different or have a questions. Good luck

There should be a n OPT OUT button including in the APP so I don’t have to talk to anyone to STOP receiving prerecorded voice messages.

HELP , We’re do I go to update my Humana and center well Pharmacy . When I open the appt it tells me to go to the App Store, I have done that but it puts me back we’re I started. I don’t see it.

If you are a person such as me who cannot speak they do not offer any way besides chat and mail to contact them. I spent an hour with them in chat and all they did was keep telling me to call. Their employees don’t understand what I CANNOT SPEAK means. If I could give them minus stars I would have.

I started using the MyHumana app and I love how easy it is to see what was paid and what I may owe. It’s been very helpful.

Why bother?
You send me multiple email that these plan documents to review but when you click on the link it just displays a white screen. Nothing ever comes up. Nothing!! I got 5 emails this afternoon saying he plan document but I can’t see any of them. Like I said why bother sending me an email if I can’t read what you want me to read?

Crashes without opening.
It seems a multi million dollar company cannot create an app that works on an iPhone 16 Pro max running the latest iOS.
It’s sad that when you are needed, your app is in no way capable of assisting you, the patient/customer.

Very Limited information
Easy to navigate to no where. Claims can only see medical claims. Pharmacy claims are not accessible as well as pre-authorizations. Can navigate to in network providers but like the website very inaccurate. Also drug coverage is available and reasonably accurate but no claims. Pretty app with limited information.
