I’ve been with Humana for over 7 years and they have been amazing. All my appointments have gone smoothly and payment is always on time. The added incentive programs are a blessing and so is my OTC allowance. I hope to stay with Humana as I have a chronic condition for the rest of my life. Thank you Humana and all the staff!❤️

I really enjoy the Humana app. It’s very convenient efficient easy to use and only information is right there at the fingertips. It’s a great app to help a seniors out very easy to navigate very easy to use and easy to save your prescription drug card to your wallet on your phone email it whatever you need to do print it off thank you Humana for making this my Humana app five stars for you thank you everybody that’s involved in the creation of this.

Worst app with useless info
I am not sure who designed the app, but they need to be retrained or fired… I don’t mean to be offensive, but this app has so limited information, it’s not user-friendly, and half the time, only 30% of the information even works! Also, the time when you click on some thing, it just ends up a blank page with a word that says ““retry”.
The information is more than vague, I don’t understand why such a large company, would not hire someone that knows how to build an app… Again, I do not mean to be so critical, but the information that we need is critical and if it’s useless, why you even have it?

Two-factor Authentication Fails
Your app and website utterly fail to send two-factor authentication codes to both my email and cell phone. The only login that works for me is facial recognition login when I start the app. In case my phone number was wrong, I tried changing it. No go because changing required two-factor authentication. Code never received. So I tried email two-factor authentication. I entered my email address which I know was entered correctly because I use an iPhone keyboard shortcut to enter it for me. (It’s the most used keyboard shortcut I use and it works every time.) It sent a code once via email. I entered it automatically. The code failed to verify. It said it was wrong. I told it to send another code after the 40 second timer allowed me to request another code. No code ever came. I repeated this several times. No code ever came. I use two-factor authentication with all my accounts/apps/websites that support it. Humana’s website and app consistently fail. Do your web developers know what they are doing? Or is there something weird with my account, Tornveil2?

Doesn’t even work
Much like the website, if you try and sign in it simple will not work. This is incredibly exhausting and frustrating. To anyone having to deal with this horrible company, I am sorry. I’m sorry you also have to just through loops just to see your own account.
Can’t open app
App closes as soon as you try to open!!!
