No health information
There is no health information just dental and vision. No link to get health information except to call the number on the back of ID card, which is not helpful since I want to use my app to read the info.

This app is as bad as the Humana website is. The website has 1995 style password requirements and requires a username in some places and an email address in others. They share the password between centerwell and humana, which adds to the confusion and customer support and chat rarely are available.
The app is ridiculous, rather than switching to safari to show portions of their website, as a lot of other apps do, it opens them in a part of the app called “Humana Browser”, which has no sharing iOS functionality to it. So I spent some time filling out a PA request in the app, and it gave me the chance to download my request to my phone, but puts a pdf file in their humana browser, and then you can’t do anything with it, can’t save it, can’t print it and you can’t share it with another app that could print or save it. I think a sadist designed this app.

APP difficulties
Links are very difficult to find, like approved referrals. The app doesn’t tell me what link my doctor needs to get a referral for specialist or imaging.

I’ve had Humana for years and will never change to another provider.

The site does not provide detail regarding which provider handles thyroid ultrasound or any specific medical care ultrasound

New app format TERRIBLE!
1…I used to be able to quickly cue and review so all of my monthly statements. Now I have to go to a slow claptrappity procedure switch from one month to the next
2… i’m not able to see my entire statement… Example my April 2026 statement only shows two claims which show that nothing was charged to me. But there some total shows that I paid out about $25 in April 2026. There is a little arrow pointing right that says “ continued”… But it doesn’t do anything so I’m not able to see all my claims
3… I had to struggle long and hard before I finally was able to get a “verification code” sent to me. I could not get it sent to me by text at all and I had to struggle before I finally got it through email
4…I cannot access my account by clicking on the link on my email notifications of the latest statement. I’ll only go through the app directly
5…I did not have any of these problems with your older version of my Humana. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Not designed for today’s App Enduser Common Practices . . .
• No Dark Mode available.
• Pages that have Print Buttons don’t activate print or save as PDF. Nor is it possible to print or save as a PDF a page without a Print Button.
• No way to Save Provider Search Selections or make Selection as your choice for future reference.
• Shopping section pages scrolling is difficult. Pages scroll back to the top or halfway back while scrolling.
• Has Chat, but is limited to Office Hours as is any contact with Customer Service.

Humana Healthcare
I’ve been with Humana for over 7 years and they have been amazing. All my appointments have gone smoothly and payment is always on time. The added incentive programs are a blessing and so is my OTC allowance. I hope to stay with Humana as I have a chronic condition for the rest of my life. Thank you Humana and all the staff!❤️
