Cannot update insurance info
I can make an appointment on this program but I cannot check in because it has incorrect insurance information and it will not allow me to update it to the correct information.
New results don’t show
Every time I have blood work done, says my results are ready but still shows bloodwork from 5 years ago! Wtf!
Check in process is faulty
I arrived at the location at 8:10 for an 8:30 appointment and checked in on line. Went to the lobby and waited. When several walk ins were taken ahead of me and it was already close to 9 I approached the checkin counter and inquired why. She said my name was stuck at the bottom of the list! Unacceptable!

App 11.2.0 will not open on iPhone or iPad
This app version does not allow sign-in on iPhone or iPad using iOS and iPadOS. Even worse, the website won’t open, either. Luckily my doctor’s portal provides the results.
Please fix LabCorp to work effectively for with Apple’s OS 26.x versions.

New update sucks
Cannot access each persons results from app. Biometrics doesn’t work. Isn’t syncing with health app on iPhone. Would be nice to access through my chart central.
Pretty good but could be more informative
I’ve liked being able to look at results for a given test over time. The graphs are nice but there are a lot of parameters tested that I don’t know what they mean: MCH, RCW, whatever. Please let me tap the test name to get an explanation of the test and why it’s important/ useful.
New app is nonfunctional
New app isn’t working. Get a message saying “Sign In Error. We couldn’t start the sign in process. Please try again.” Trying again yields the same error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app results in the same error message.
Please fix this. Can’t pay my bill and the link to app support yields a “ This connection is not secure, etc.” message and will not connect to any LabCorp website.

I don’t understand why you can’t see a past bill on the app. This app is the exact same as the website

My results are not in the app. I got an email that said my results are in my account to be viewed and there’s nothing there. I’m so angry!
Hard to create account
Emotionally upsetting when I med my results and creating an account and authentication was so difficult
Got my results
I had trouble getting my results when I was first notified they were ready. I signed in again a couple of days ago later and had no problems getting them.
