Login Issue
I am having trouble accessing my account using this app on IOS. I either receive a message saying trouble with my account or temporary technical problem. I can access fine using Labcorp URL on iPhone and PC.
Labcorp app
Easy to navigate. Easy to schedule. Multiple locations. Certain locations like Vineland and Bridgeton nj the front desk is rude. But all in all. Love labcorp
Stuck on login screen
This app really needs work. Most of the time the app is stuck on the login screen and there’s no way to log in. The website works great but this mobile app is useless

You have to guess the time slot
Authentication process onerous to the point that it is as good as unusable
I get that health information must be secure. But there must be some reasonable balance between enabling access and securing information. I know it's not easy, but I am so frustrated right now that I might as well have no access. What's the point of giving online access when you cannot get to it?
Walkin wait times
Not displayed as it used to be in the lobby - been waiting for 45 min no indication how much longer should be in the app via txt or on the display in lobby ( there is a screen but it's blank) how do I manage my time ? Super inconsiderate

App is useless. Stuff is scattered all over the screen when you open the app. Then it tried to verify my identify and denied me because it said I answered the questions about me wrong. Waste of time.
Lab tesults
It’s very difficult to get my lab results every time. They should be posted to MyChart, but LabCorp never does.
9 clicks to get to Sign in
17plus years old and still requires 9 clicks to log in. Why does it send to browser for login? Also after the update its not working
Need help
I went through the mindless questions to register.
Then I was prompted to confirm my account, which I did via email.
Then , I had to load validation questions, and received a response: FAILED TO LOAD QUESTIONS, status code 500.
I tried this half a dozen times & gave up in frustration. I still can’t view my lab results.

Inaccurate data
Unable to access current LabCorp account, info inaccurate
Not good app
You have to login every time you open the app. Plus, you have to find your way around to get to the right screens. The old app was much more user-friendly. This is a definite downgrade.
Results not showing
I received an email that my results were in, but labcorp isn’t letting me see it

What good is the app if you can't get recent or current results?
Not easy to use
I forgot my password and it does not let you sign in.
Does not work
I have been attempting to get my results for 15 minutes and now it says I have no labs to review.

Website stinks
The email verification process is broken. I’ve requested and been sent 5 different codes to my email, NONE of which work. There’s no help available. No phone support or help desk to call.
