Doesn’t let me sign in.
iPhone 15 Plus on the latest iOS. “Sign in error.”
Update: Everything did happen as above, but coming back to the app a few days later, it worked just fine. There’s been recent talk of “indexing” with updates? Perhaps this is what was happening? Or the internet was glitching? I tried the app immediately after downloading as I had an appointment the next day.
So I updated my rating as it’s working fine now.

QR Code didnt work plus license could not be read

I have tried everything to login. I even sent a written verification form in. I’ve been trying now for 2 full weeks. I’m done with this!

This app is awesome to the point of convenience and immediate rescheduling, and easy In-N-Out with awesome staff on site bringing glory and honor to God Almighty

Can’t get my results… app is so dumb.
Despise
I despise the fact that they have yet to get my name correct and I have had results coming through them for over 30 years!!Extend/update your system people. I cannot stand it when doctors use Labcorp.

It bounced me back and forth. I rcd an email my results were in. I downloaded the program and it’s telling me no test results 🙄🙄

Cherry Hill Township LABCORP horrible
I had an appointment my first time at that location. I asked the lady cause it said I had to answer the question about my fasting. I asked her to please let me know if I have to fast anyway she was rude. I’m helping somebody I didn’t know she was helping somebody it was behind the counter and the wall I couldn’t see that then they called me back and they said have a seat and the girl that was the black lady that was supposed to tell me she told me to go to her, and she was so rude disrespect

Issues with Dependent Info
When I log into the app initially, I can’t see any lab results for my dependents that are linked to my account. I have to click Help, the the Labcorp logo at the top, then sign in a second time, then select View All Results and THEN after all of that I can see the other results. This really needs to be fixed. It’s a huge pain!

Dumbest app I have ever tried to use
Some good, some bad
It’s insanely annoying that when you first login, it shows “recent results” which appear to be my least recent results- from 2014.
Not able to login from App
I originally tried setting up an account on the app, but was not able to. I set up account on Labcorp website. I tried logging into the app and login page won’t load. Deleted app and reinstall three times. Still not able to login.
Still can’t get my lab results.
I still cannot get my lab results ! Not good in this day and age ! They were drawn a WEEK ago! Most places can get results at least the same day! This needs to be improved . Not up with the times.
