When I went to Quest I never gave them my credit card to pay… they just billed my Humana PPO.
Also, I was able to book my appointment 6 mo in advance when I was given the script from my Dr. with Quest. ( not have to wait and possibly forget). Why can’t Labcorp do the same?…. I wait longer at Labcorp even when I have an appointment.
Well you wanted a review so that what’s on my mind. So far the only thing better about Labcorp is it is closer to me.

Results of MY TEST
Still waiting for final report to show up online. Doctor has it, sent me a partial snapshot. I like to review and save for myself. Doctor copy was blurry too.

It takes too long to get your results. Wish I knew before I went. Never again.
Barely an app at all
The whole app only serves to launch an internal web browser. You have to log in each time, including with 2-factor authentication. Not sure why they bother publishing an app if it only functions as a website. Lazy.

LabCorp app & website are difficult to maneuver. For example; try finding your saved insurance info. Also, billing statements are incomplete, lacking something as basic as a description of test .
Terrible Support
I tried to order a test that I was going to pay for, on a linked account in the app, and could not do it. Numerous calls to LABCORP were unsuccessful and I have now had to ask my doctor to submit the order. Pathetic coordination of customer service. I would have used another company but we have years of history at LABCORP.

Cannot log in connection error even though I’m connection to the internet. I can only log in on the computer.

Great app, easy to use
Stupid app makes you login every single time again.
The app is generally OK. But a major dealbreaker is that it makes you login every single time through a web browser. This is unnecessary cumbersome time-consuming, and real PIA. No other app does this. An app should remember you’re logged in or at least do a quick Face ID check. It is ridiculous for it to make you jump through multiple hoops every single time you wanna just check something. This really needs to be fixed.

I have face recognition and now it no longer works, stop trying to improve something that works!
Frustrated
I have children that are minors and they were linked to my account and I cannot find any of their results. The chat is not helpful at all. This app has changed enough times that it is hard to follow and get answers.
