App Won’t Open

I would love to use the app because I have a defibrillator but when I open the app, all it does is spin and spin and spin and never opens. I’ve tried to delete it and then reinstall it, but I cannot use it whatsoever.

Very underwhelming

App doesn’t do anything useful. It should be providing you with important data from the CRT directly but it doesn’t. Medtronic’s app does. Wish I knew that before going with Boston Scientific.

Doesn’t sync with Apple Health

Apple Health doesn’t even know that I have a loop recorder. It should.

Manage Your Expectations

This app only shows you a very limited amount of information from your ICD or ICM. It doesn’t connect to the implanted device and therefore it can’t monitor your device or be used to modify your device in any way. Once your very large, very slow, very not bluetooth implanted device spends 10-15 slowly downloading data to your communicator, then it is transmitted to the clinic. After that data has been analyzed, four data points are sent to this app. The battery life of the device (not detailed just that it’s normal), the status of the last report, and two other data points I can’t remember and aren’t worth taking the time to mention. I have it installed, but I’m thinking of uninstalling it. I can get more detailed information from the device clinic on a 6 month follow up than what this “app” shows to you.

Maintenance?

Maintenance has been going on for weeks. Is the app being discontinued or replaced?

Quit working

With as little information that this app gave me, it’s no big deal to just remove it from my iPhone. Crazy that a company like Boston Scientific can’t afford competent programmers to properly code an app. It did work last year then just stopped working. Rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app did not help. Should have insisted on Medtronics device.

Offload app and reload

Did not load on iPhone 16e with iOS 18.4.1. Worked fine when offloaded then reloaded

(Worked fine on iPhone XR)

Try harder

People are interested in as much data as possible. This app provides none.

Horrible App

This app hasn’t worked in months! No updates?

No functional use

The app has NO functional use! It tells you what the lights mean, which is redundant to the instructions already given. I don’t understand why it doesn’t provide any useful information

Doesnt even load

Can’t even open the app.

App hasn’t worked for me for months, can’t get in contact with anyone.

The app doesn’t load for me. Hasn’t in a long time. I’m not computer illiterate either, I’m very tech-y. I’ve updated the app, done a full reset of my phone (hard and soft resets), downgraded iOS, upgraded iOS, uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing helped.

It stopped working after an update months ago, and hasn’t worked since. The loading screen pops up and it just says “loading” forever. Never actually loads. I’ve actually kept it up “loading” overnight for like a full 8 hours just to see if it would *eventually* work and it didn’t lol.

I’ve called the 1-800 help line, emailed Latitude support, talked to my doctor, talked to the Boston Scientific rep at my pacing appointments, and none have been able to help.

You’d think that with a $100,000 device in my chest, the company would hire competent developers and support.

app

app doesn’t load upon opening.

App not opening yellow light flashing on device

First time I’ve ever needed this and it doesn’t OPEN

Come on Boston Scientific

If you cannot figure out how to make an quality app that monitors the health, productivity and battery longevity of my ICD. I’m really worried about how my ICD is manufactured. This app has not changed since my first device. I hope your ICDs have changed or I’m in big trouble.

Not very useful

The app doesn’t tell you much. Other companies give the user readouts from the device. More information should be added

Thank you for your feedback! We are continually working to add features and improve the MyLATITUDE™ App.

Overall, a great app!

The only downside to the app is that is doesn’t provide a direct readout of your data. You could get this info from your doctor or from MyChart, but why it isn’t included in the app is something I would like to understand.

The fact that there is a separate tab for just the Indicator Lights is something that should earn the app developers a perpetual yearly bonus for the rest of their lives. So many apps miss this simple mark, and don’t cater directly to the end user. I really can’t commend the app’s developers enough for having the insight to include this, as the largest percentage of users that will download this app will be doing so just to decipher their Indicator Lights, because searching for them online is a fool’s errand. If you’ve misplaced your manual, and want to understand why your lights are on, get this app, and click ‘LIGHTS’.

What Good is the App???

The app never works… continuously thinks or spins (loading and never loads!) When and IF it works the info is super minimal and wrong. Is my pacemaker any better than your app? Sure hope so🤦🏻‍♀️

Can’t open the app

It keeps spinning and loading. App is useless. Not even sure if it’s doing anything because I can’t even get into the app.

My latitude app

Yes a big waste of time. I want to see what my information is.
