Myles gives you worst experience of self drive
Myles has a pathetic app , representative is not present at the site of pickup, no number given for pickup representative, no mention of fuel inclusion or exclusion at time of booking, it is mentioned that while booking 120free kms and after going to the pick up and when you are ready to take your ride they tell you that there is not even a drop of fuel in the vehicle against their “full to full tank” claim, and the fuel cost has to be borne by customer. I suggest never going for this self drive service as they are totally giving worst customer experience in all terms.

Horrible service
We booked a car with Myles to travel to Dharamshala from Amritsar and were provided with a faulty car. When we were driving back the car’s tyre suffered a burn and the car was about to skid on the highway. When we tried to change that tyre using the spare tyre, we realised the tyre was faulty too which resulted in us having to change tyres in the middle of the highway and pay from our own pocket. When the matter was raised to Myles and the third party vendors they refused to co-operate and instead blamed us of all the mishaps. A very horrible experience with Myles - will never book with them again.

100% genuine commitment and excellent service.. I like the Myles very much than Zoomcar.. Zoomcar security refund is only name and they don’t refund the security deposit But the Myles is superb... within 3 days they give the refund..
Very slow in closing rides
The app is nice, but the ride remains as ongoing ride even after the car is returned and date has passed. Customer care number is most of the time not reachable. They took the airport charges 800 rupees, from me and delivered car out of airport and picked from out of airport. Also, they will ask for getting road tax payment for statewise, and charge premium over the tax amount. I am not sure if Myles is making money or not.. but partners are definitely minting money.
I could have taken chauffeur driven car at the price I paid for self drive or may be in less amount.
And to get the security back, have to write emails, call customer care. This is something not expected. Self drive should be hassle free.

Not able to upload all the documents
Through the app, I am bit able to upload all the documents, the interface is clunky. Also, I am not able to see anywhere in the booking acknowledgment that Deposit has been received bu the company.
Also, recommend to have the option of contacting customer service thru the app.

Fraud Company
Have booked a car from here paid for home Delivery of 450 INR but later on they changed the price and took 12000 for it. Also they had give me P1 fuel in the car but I have returned P2 fuel they have not given back my money for that too. Also for extra kM they will show 11/km but will charge 21 to 22/km. Guys be careful what they it's not the same.

Avoid booking in MYLES, lot of hidden charges which are not revealed beforehand. They deduct any amount according to their whims from the refundable deposit and they don’t even bother to inform you for what. The
Pick up location also changes at the last moment and you are made to go a distance to collect the car. The cars are in terrible noisy conditions not advisable if you are doing a trip with family. Zoom car, mychoize are much better in terms of service .

Good car quality
I booked swift in bengaluru and got the lowest price as compare to zoom which was 1500 bucks they gave me at 1115 bucks and new car. Till now i have good experience with them. Looking for same in future 😊
Unprofessional and Cheaters
You gave me a car which broke down in just few km from Airport. About 18km from your office so I guess about 35 to 40 km from Airport. Your guys call and say that Clutch plates are damaged because of rash driving by us. Shameless people you are. At a max speed of 80 and in few km’s clutch plates can be damaged ? Shame on you.

And dirty car from inside and outside and also side cover over front tyre damaged.
You knew the car was returned by your earlier owner in damaged condition or your employees screwed it up and put the blame on us.
Your replacement came, very good, nice car, very good but 5 Seater instead of 7 Seater. We accommodated. Shamelessly it came without fuel and the car you took back was fully topped up by us. And your employee VINOD wanted payment of 18Km of the replacement car he drove. You guys have any idea of what is the meaning of Service.
Refund my deposit of 5000/- Fuel put in the old car Rs. 3912/- Difference is dare of 7 Seater and 5 Seater else I will take legal action

worst company
Book a car make full payment with security deposit and then they will make you to wait for more than two to three hours if u call customer care obviously they will put your call on hold for not less than 10 mins and the conclusion is they will cancel the car without saying prior itself and the highlight is they won’t even arrange a substitute car and obviously they will ruin your trip. The best part is refund. The will refund your full amount without any compensation.

Horrible service
The delivery guy made me wait for 2 hours. I was to pick up the car from the hub. The delivery guy wasn’t at his own office. The call Center is also helpless. They have a standard line ‘ I apologise’. It took me 30min to get the number of the delivery guy from the call Center. The call center manager Gaurav is also incompetent.
Request you to take any other company. There are lots of options: Zoomcar, volercars, avis, mychoiz etc

Not the best option
To start with i booked a car in bangalore near my hotel but later on they said car is not available at that spot and as I already paid i had to go across the city in middle of traffic hr to get the car. Then when time came to return I requested to lemme return near my place where i booked but it was a waste they asked me to return same place across the city.
Upon returning the car was clean but i was still charged 500 as cleaning fees whereas i have book cars through other apps and if returned clean they don’t change

It was a very bad experience of customer service i face by this company, i booked a car by this & they provide us a very bad conditions car , in between my trip on part of the vehicle have been breakdown without having any accident & they do not provide any service, even they say customer is responsible for all this,

MYLES is good at cheating people!
BEWARE : The worst experience booking a car from these thief’s . The app lets you login using google account but when it’s time to update documents there’s always server issue . After making the booking and paying the security deposit you are informed that the drivers license and Aadhaar should match the google ID . However it’s not mentioned anywhere during the booking and since the person driving is different from the person who booked they cancelled the booking and charged 53% . I’m going to take this matter to consumer court and make it sure that such things doesn’t happen to any customer in future.

Not worth it in Goa
I booked an automatic i10 in Goa, it was just a functional car not grand i10 with any features.
Pros of booking:
1. Reliable (good, polite dealer and legal car)
2. A/c was working very well in scorching heat
Cons of booking:
1. The car was good to drive within city, taking it to highways was very risky, it barely reached 60kmph speed.
2. Mostly you will get automatic for 1500Rs/day, I got it for about 2800Rs/day + 1600Rs drop and pickup charge. I was expecting at least a grand i10 with Bluetooth, rear sensors etc but a very old i10 was delivered.
If someone is asking for an automatic car they probably are used to a bit sophisticated car and not to a car without a power brake.
I’ll say go with a local car rentals and make sure you get a legal car with yellow plate and all documents along with it, don’t need MYLES in Goa.

Last minute Booking Cancellation
We had planned a weekend trip and booked a car on myles 3 days prior to the trip. On the previous evening of our travel day we got a call from the vendor of myles stating that the car is not available. We had made all the payments including the security deposit and the customer care person said that there will be no alternative. Also the refund will take almost 2 weeks. We later directly got in touch with the vendor who told us that the same car is available but at a different price. Would recommend people to not book through myles and instead look out for local car rent options which might be more reliable.

I booked a trip with MYLES and one day before they tell me that since my DL is not from Mumbai or Delhi, they are cancelling my booking. Nowhere did they ever mention that only DL from Mumbai or Delhi will be accepted and when pointed to the customer care executive, he proudly stated that MYLES reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. One of the worst experiences I have had while dealing with a car rental service.
