Miserable app

This app is beyond frustrating. Is feels like an unfinished project that was released by a specific date to meet a schedule. Maybe they added AI to it?
As noted by another reviewer, the app doesn’t store location, name, dob, etc. this means i need to re-enter the basic info every time.

The “menus” are a mesh of interconnected selections that do not make sense. The selections scroll off the screen, effectively hiding selection from the user.

Error reporting is very poor. I entered my breakfast order last night. I opened the app this am to add lunch and an error message flashed up with something about a data error and closed. When i went back in, my breakfast order was gone.

Doesn’t work

None of the boxes light up to be able to order. They are all grayed out.

Very Buggy

The app worked fine for two days and then suddenly stopped recognizing my information. Name is correct, facility code double checked, birthdate and admission dates entered and it says it doesn’t recognize me as entered. There is nobody to contact for assistance either. This has been very disappointing.

Buggy recapcha, UI needs improvement

I have been using this app for my son for three days now. It’s a great idea if it actually worked consistently. First issue I have to enter all the same base details every day. There is no way to save even the location for ease of use. The recapcha is the most buggy I have ever experienced. Some orders it just doesn’t work. Ordering via the phone old school is faster which is terrible since the app is so much more convenient if it would actually work. You shouldn’t have released this if it’s not functioning well. Caused more frustration for me while I need to also care for my child.

Needs work

Staying at Nemours Children’s, we tried the app. It doesn’t offer the options on the paper menu, just different variations of bread and egg for all meals. Completely useless in this form
