There are lots of "habit helpers" or journaling apps out there. This one is dressed up like an aide to mental health; which makes it feel like the developer is targeting a disadvantaged demographic -- so ... that's not cool. Well designed app. Worthy cause. Slimey angle.

Suggestion
This is just like any other mental health app, not very unique. I’ve been following the instagram page for awhile and it’s actually really nice but the app just doesn’t compare. Instead of having a free and expense option maybe have an option to donate instead. I know the company still needs to make money but we are talking about mental health here you can’t put a price on it, but in the end it’s just my opinion

Rock Solid Mental Health Upgrade
I love the simplicity of this app and it really helped orient me to a better place and what I need to focus on. I’ve been tracking how I feel with my own notepads but I love how this consolidates it and provides extremely useful suggestions on how I can feel better based on several of my specifics of where I am at that day or week. Worth the investment! Well done creators.

Very Well Designed
My anxiety and self care has significantly improved since using this app. This is exactly what I needed to kick start important life changes I’ve been wanting to make. I found the app to be super straight forward, presenting routine changes + new goals in an easy to use format that doesn’t deter you from accomplishing your goals!
