More than half of things locked behind a ridiculous paywall

Exactly as it says can’t do half the stuff without paying some outrageous yearly amount or monthly amount completely useless if you wanna try nearly anything

First day

My first day using and it was really easy to use

My thoughts on this CBT app so far

I am new to this app and am already feeling some benefits. I believe that if I make an effort to utilize this therapy a little each day, my life will improve greatly.

Portable Therapy at its finest.

My counselor mentioned this app which was how I first knew this app. I’ve been using this multiple times to track down my daily thoughts and feelings so that I can do therapy for myself when I’m not at my counseling sessions. It is therapeutic, useful, and easy to use on the go or anywhere. I love it and I can never thank my counselor enough for this!

DON’T BUY

I purchased the subscription, the features don’t work. I cancelled it same day and sent an email asking for a refund and have received no response. So I’m out money for an app I’ve already deleted. Such a waste
