My first visit with MyNovant, I was there less than 15 minutes and was set up for what I needed..

Love it and easy to use.
Very difficult
This app is very difficult to navigate. I had a simple question and it took two days to speak to a person because the message response I got was pretty useless
Best Doctor
My review is about Dr Steven Poletti and his team. They are the best and I recommend anyone that is having problems with your back you need to see the specialist at Novant Health Spine Institute. To me Dr Poletti is the best, but all the doctors there are the best. Love you guys and thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my family and also friends of mine that have gotten treated there. God bless and keep up the good work.

Great care
This is an excellent place for health care!!! Chelle Jeffrey really does a great job caring for her patients. I have recommended three family members to her and they seem to feel the same way. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly. I love Novant. The wait time is quick.
Family care
I have my own chart app. Then dad needed healthcare help. He invited me on his chart to help him. Now I can go to this one App and choose one of our smiling faces. And have access to test results, medications, reach out to doctors for questions and set up appointments!!
Super fast medical team responses
The app is incredibly user-friendly and well-designed. I especially love how quickly the medical team responds to messages; even though everything is online, their communication is prompt and highly efficient. It makes managing my healthcare so convenient!

This is a very useful app! All of your appointments, important medical conditions, and medication are listed in this app! Everything is right there for any questions you may have about your diagnosis and treatment options! You can always contact any of your providers at your fingertips! This is a great app!!!

Easy to use & super convenient
I love the my Novant app. For anyone who needs to access any medical records, medication refill requests, message the nurse or schedule an appointment with ease, it’s the best! Love it.
The height of medical technology
A great office with fantastic medical and customer service staff. This location is easily accessible with ample parking. Great scheduling staff and a clean comfortable wait room.

Can’t order my prescriptions the app takes me to South Carolina when I’m in North Carolina.

I love mychart, not sure how we kept up with appointments before mychart. LOL, and providing a way to send messages to providers, etc.
