I’ve tried several attempts to sign on to this app and nothing happens. What’s going on?????

App won’t load, tried to reset my password a few times. What’s going on?
Terrible.
The overall app is garbage. It’s always slow and unresponsive. I can’t even login to check new test results and it’s annoying. Fix this garage app.
Needs attention now
In this day and age, no app should take 10 minutes or more to log on. It didn’t use to be like this. What ever developers you have working on this, time to get some new ones because they are not cutting it. You need to fix this.
Very Slow
The mobile application is extremely slow and requires an unreasonable amount of time to load. It takes several minutes to open, and between each step the user is forced to wait up to five minutes, which significantly disrupts the overall experience. This level of delay is unacceptable for a healthcare-related application where efficiency and reliability are essential.
I strongly encourage the team responsible for this application to prioritize performance improvements. Optimizing the app’s speed, stability, and usability would greatly enhance the patient experience and ensure that the service meets the standards expected of a modern healthcare system.

App Issues NOT resolved
Seeing several comments from developer last week saying issue resolved but after MULTIPLE attempts to sign into app over the last 20 minutes, I never got past the login screen. Kept buffering or giving an error message. Just use the website y’all; this has been going on for months now and I don’t think it’s gonna get fixed. Sounds like the previous app was great; will never understand why companies keep trying to replace what’s not broken… with something that is, smh.

App doesnt load
Have uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still stuck on the loading screen. Terrible considering its a medical app
Always issues
Unable to log in to the mobile app. Get error message that oops something went wrong and try again later all the time. So frustrating. I’m logged in on my desktop as we speak so it’s not username and password.
Never works
In the last two weeks, every time I have tried to open this app, it freezes on an opening loading screen. Can’t access my account at all. Useless. Just use the my chart website.

Just as bad as their hospitals
It would be awesome if I could actually access my info and not spend 30+ minutes waiting and closing the app then reopening waiting and so on.

Love the app but since last update, can no longer access the app. Can get on web site but not app.
Miss the Old App
I definitely miss the old App as it was so user friendly. The new one doesn’t show all the future appointments AND former appointments unless you search for them.
In addition, there are so many things on the homepage screen that I just don’t need/not of interest to me. The “9” boxes don’t need to be on the home screen as if we are logging onto the app…it’s not for educational content or careers, etc. It’s to find out test results, message a doctor, etc.
Lastly…why are some offices only to see some of my conditions and then other offices see all?? I gave a 3 because I LOVE my Novant team of doctors. Otherwise it wouldn’t be that high.

Poor thinking
So let’s face it this is really just a face for my chart by epic. So why to you close the app that worked and start a new one that you can not access without a code? If that is the case don’t you think it would be smart to share the code with the users?
Bad and terrible
The app’s performance is terrible. It’s taking about 20 seconds to open. It’s taking almost a minute to login. Terrible. Terrible. Look at Atrium’s app. It is lightning fast
Logging In & Out
If I could go lower than one star, I would. Even though you set up FACEID this app is constantly logging you out and when you finally get to log back on, it takes forever. It works well if and when you finally get to log in. This needs to be fixed!!!!
Was OK, now it’s not working
I thought my internet was acting up, or maybe my phone. Nope. Internet speed is fine and rebooted my phone, but this app is struggling to load screens.
