Not reflect but pretty darn good
I’ve used the diary on my pc for years and love it. The iPhone app is not as good but good enough for my needs. What I miss is a good iPad version. The weekly view on my pc is just what I need but it isn’t available on iPad. I do hope the add an iPad/tablet version soon
Cannot open app after new update
Brilliant app new update came through I updated the app now I cannot even get in to the app help

Like others here, the app update fails to remember login details. It makes it so slow to use that it is pretty useless.
I was assured by customer services that they were aware of these issues and another update would fix this 'any day now.' That was on 1st February.
Looking forward to having this previously useful app restored.

Forgets log in details every time...
Since the latest update I now have to enter all of my details every time I load the app, thus rendering it completely unusable as a diary. I loved this app and used it religiously; now it's not exactly the 'quick' diary check that it used to be. Please sort this out quickly, the subscription isn't cheap at all, so to have such an unusable product is appalling!

Doesn't work since this update
Waste of money, and is having a very detrimental effect in my business.
Logged a support call, replied with we know, just use the web version, but you can't edit diaries on an iphone using the web version. Why they haven't immediately rolled it back to the working version. Having to look at other products out there. Really not happy.

Frustrating!!
Since the recent update my login details and settings are no longer kept, really frustrating! Please sort this out ASAP.

Rubbish (was good)
After the "update" it don't work, I have no dots on the calendar and it no longer remembers me - even though I've selected remember me. SORT IT OUT

And again!! New version doesn't work - it deletes the Login Details every time so you have to enter them every time you open the App.
I do wish so called developers would TEST their work before launching it on their users. It just sloppy and rude to the customers to not do so.
(Alas the developers are not keeping up.... A problem with British Summer Time..... now crashes when you update or does not show new appointments when you update. It would be good if they could sort these things before they release an update.

This app means that I can book things in wherever I am and not try to remember to put them in the diary later. It would be great if it could synch with the iPhone diary (and thence with my Mac at home). Great experience
Great program enables me to manage my business contacts, tasks and diary through my ipad with my office support staff accessing the same data, even when we have an internet issue. I use the pc version while in the office and the ipad when away from my desk. Synchronizing happens automatically.

Getting really dated
Initially a good release, but no updates for a year! No ipad version. Calender really clunky, no month to view. Email not much better, continually forgetting it has synced and re-syncing every email, can't open attachments, can't forward attachments, won't download whole message, only polls the mail server every 10 minutes. NEED AN UPDATE !

I've been using myoffice on the pc for a few years now and find it brilliant and really well priced. Having this app as well has completed the whole product. It's essential in running my business. My advice is get the app, try the free windows version for 30 days and then subscribe. Well worth the money!
