Unable to open reimbursement center
Useless app. The main thing I need is the reimbursement center and it will not open on the app from apple devices. It’s such a pain to have to go the full website.
Will not let me sign on
Sends the verification code and freezes. Tried to reset my phone, still unable to sign on.

STILL USELESS for accessing the Reimbursement Center, yet it’s got a full page in my Open Enrollment booklet promoting how wonderful it is. Well, I need someone to contact me, Please!

All I want from this app is to see the status of my reimbursement claim. Nope. That link does not work, I get an error message saying network connection has been lost. Then even trying to get app support, that link takes me to their generic webpage where I guess I’m expected to search for how to contact them. This app is a total waste of my time.
