Glitchy
Nonstop glitches with this app. First order worked. Second order glitched the date 4000 years in the future and didn’t send. Had to contact CS who fixed it and (supposedly) sent it out. Third time seemed to go okay until the preview, when the text and address simply vanished. I’ve rebooted and restarted and all the things you do, and still there is no text visible. I’m over it. There are other apps. This one is a dud.

Delivery often S.L.O.W.
These are so much fun to send. People love getting them! But my last few orders have taken 3-4 WEEKS to arrive. It’s just too long. When I reach out to Customer Care, they blame it on the mail system and offer to send another card, so then the recipient ends up getting two, which isn’t what I want at all. Are they being mailed from Nepal????

Great app
Been using this app for many years when I travel. Saves having to finding a post office, which can be tricky while in new countries/areas. My postcards are great quality and always reach their destination.
