I cannot create a account?

I tried to create account because I realized that I don’t have a puma account active so when I tried to create a account it told me that this app is for people that only has active accounts, this is unbelievable, because this a is billion Dollar Company that for some what reason doesn’t have an app that people can use to shop online.
