Unacceptable
On a technical side of using this app and the smart hub app:
No one has any information that can tell me nor does the Internet forums, Reddit, or any other search inquiry can explain why this app needs to access google domain to login.
Those that don’t know should reconsider. There should be no reason why an account to an electronic company needs to access google to login with a username and password set by the samhoustonelectriccoop website.
My firewalls and web filters block anything related to google and I can’t login. Allowing any google domain and it works fine.

Need to delete app and download frequently because daily use doesn’t display

I really like this app. It makes paying my bill simple and I can check my usage quickly.
Great App!
App really helps to monitor your useage and stay on top of your electric bill. Really like the ability to pay bill right from my phone. Glad you included a fingerprint login feature as well. A minor complaint is when swiping usage charts from one time period to the last is the usage scales change making A/B comparisons difficult. Would be nice to compare apples to apples.

Please fix the usage checking
The app is great. However, I’m unable to check my usage lately because there is no information shown.
Stupid
Don’t bother. They send you a temporary password & it locks you out of your account. Waste of time & effort to a company that has no customer service to begin with
