Make reporting app bugs/suggestions within the app possible
There’s no way to report app bugs within the app. Also, why does the location automatically default to Portland when reporting potholes since the app is only useful for Santa Ana

Update is garbage. Account is lost with all my previous activity and reports. Can’t retrieve password, says error, no account exists. Please fix so I have access to my account, password, and previous activity.

Love It! Conveniently Functional!
Highly recommended! We pay high taxes in Santa Ana and there’s many issues in our city, but how do we report them to the right people, or how would public works employees know where these issues are? This app has a directory, and you can anonymously or not, report issues within seconds. It is fast, convenient, and functional. Remember, as taxpayers and residents, it is up to us Santaneros, to keep our city safe and clean and be informed of what’s going on in our city. I mainly use it to report graffiti and they take it down within a day or week. Amazing!

Good idea, bad execution
When it works, it’s great—I love being able to report issues and receive updates on when things have been fixed. Unfortunately for the last several months when I try to report an issue, the app crashes and closes; and there’s no support for this app other than a note on the website to delete it and re-download it (which didn’t work in my case)

Pointless
The only thing this is good for is making a report every other button just opens a browser page that or the city council and mayor fellating themselves by having a button just to show their names and faces and back stories like as if anyone actually cares
Great app and great idea!
The people that report graffiti get a quick response for cleanup. If I could make any recommendation for the app it would be a place to report illegal fireworks.
People have to pay a lot of money to drug their dogs from illegal fireworks.
I love fireworks! As a dog owner I don’t think my guard dog should be drugged every night. I think the city should care more about the illegal fireworks and peoples pet bills.
I am 100% ok with 4th of July. It’s the stuff that goes off before and sends my animals shaking that is not so cool and not so fair.
I think this app should offer more on fireworks.
There are cameras everywhere. I can’t figure out why it’s so difficult.

Seriously Impressed!
I’ve primarily used this app just to keep tabs on local notifications, but the other day I noticed that a traffic signal crosswalk button was broken. I used the app to report the issue and it offered a simple and easy gps enabled map UI to indicate the specific pole and easily report the issue. I was already impressed by that point (no phone calls needed!) but it went above and beyond to follow up with me by push or optionally email to let me know about the report progress. It was fixed next day and let me know! This is really impressive functionality especially for an app built for only a single city!

Latest update says, No Internet Connection when I clearly have internet.
App crashes
The app crashes wayyyy to much & it is super slow when staring up. Other than that, it’s a great way to report graffiti, every time I report it’s usually gone within a day!

No follow-up by city
I’ve reported the same issue (homeless loitering, illegal dumping) and have requested follow-up. All my reports have gone missing.
It really does work.
I have personally used this app to solve a serious long-standing quality-of-life problem in my neighborhood.
App is ok
They need to add the ability to request the the police remove/relocate a homeless person from somewhere.
Great App
Awesome app. Love the responsive time and notification. Wish you would add a parking violation or blocked driveway and get a parking enforcement out on scene for ticket or tow. Thank you again for this app.

Fix picture feature
Previous versions were great, but now the ability to add pictures doesn't work. Cannot submit a report without a picture, so now it's pretty useless. Please repair the picture function

Works great! The only issue is it does not allow me to insert or take a picture from the app. This issue came about with the last update. Please fix!
