Website is horrible. Doesn’t let you pay what you want from multiple accts. Have to call to make payments from multiple accts.
Can’t access account online or on app
Can’t log into my account on mobile or web. Very frustrating when you are trying to manage your account.
Log in issues
Unable to log in. I put my username and password and the app just spins and never connects. I ended up having to pay online instead of the app.
Minimum Account Payment Allowances
I tried paying my sold from Rocket Mortgage home account and set up a payment through my checking direct to ServiceMac as I do with all of my bills because they take bills. Service MAC address was returned and this delayed payment of my mortgage account yet they bug me tremendously and have not resolved the issue. I would hate to spend my time submitting bills through each account individually and this is not efficient. I have a one stop payment source that allocates all bills payments except this one.

Not able to log in to my account or contact the company
Unable to log into the app. When trying, I’m met with “Something went wrong” prompt. Okay fine, let’s try the website… I get the same prompt and cannot login through the web browser. On the website there is a link to contact the company, BUT you need to provide the loan number to be able to contact them. I don’t know the loan number BECAUSE I CAN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT! I CAN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THERE’S NO FLIPPING WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY.
I can’t wait for rates to dip so I can refinance out of this miserable company.

So, your mortgage has been sold to the worst company ever. Forget about the app… it flat out doesn’t work amd the company doesn’t care.

For the past two months, I have been unable to login and pay my mortgage statement. On the computer through the browser, I get an error message that something has happened. It doesn’t matter what time I login it does not matter what day I login. I always get the “something has happened” error message. When I login through the app, it doesn’t login at all it just does that little tiny wheel of death. I am still unable to pay, and the loan number is not the same as what my loan number is so if the company has changed it, I have not been notified. I’ve been told that this bug would be fixed and it is not. I have not been able to call to pay my latest mortgage payment, but that is how I was in. I ended up resolving the issue last month. However, my loan number matched last month and for some reason this month it doesn’t.

Persistent problem: Unable to login
Every other time I try to login into my ServiceMac online/app account, it displays the unable to login error with the following message: "Sorry, something happened. Please try again at a later time."
This is very inconvenient, inefficient and time consuming as a customer. There's no point in having an online account if you cannot access it more than half the time. Please improve your online account management platform ASAP.
I cannot recommend ServiceMac to anyone with the current state of affairs.

Never works
App and website hardly ever let you log in. There’s always an error. Apparently my next month’s payment is higher from what the phone automation said, but I never received an email saying why and I can’t log in to see. Terrible service.
Easy way
This app is really easy for check your mortgage and do the payments
Loading issues
I put my information in and it freezes!!

The app never lets me sign in. It always says come back another time. It useless I have to go on my computer everytime to use the services.

App is not responsive after sign up. Wont go past asking for auto enroll.
App doesn’t work
Paid my first couple of mortgage payments through the app with no problem. This month, I can’t even log into it or the website. I need to pay my mortgage and these two ways are the only way I know how. Reading the reviews I can see that this is a recent problem, with many people sharing my experience. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Broken app
Unfortunately, either my loan number has changed by the company or the app is busted. But then again I just tried using their website with my loan number and my last four and guess what it doesn’t work.
First Payment was a breeze to be honest, and due to my loan being sold to this company without my knowledge. There has been some bias with me, but I think this is proving it correct.
I live out west so I’m in Western standard time and this is an eastern standard time company so also there is no phone number to call right now.
Needless to say once rates drop, I’m off of this company watchlist I bet when I call tomorrow, they’re gonna try and get me to take out a home equity loan. Probably the only reason why currently my loan number and my last four aren’t working. Along with my app.

Can’t log in
Every time I log in, I get hit with a menu that pops up giving me the option to enroll in “popular settings”, but instead of letting me click on anything it just had a little loading icon on the screen and it basically froze up forever. So I can’t log into the app at all, basically. Needs a swift fix bc app is unusable in current state
