What a garbage app cmon sgi do better. To anyone downloading this app I say don’t it’s a waste of your time
Won’t accept valid mobile number
Really lame, considering the first review TWO MONTHS AGO reported the same issue. Not only this but the 1-800 help number took me to an attorney’s firm??? Also the mysgi webpage says my password is not valid. I’ve checked multiple times. The password is correct. I haven’t changed it. So now there is no way to renew my plates online, nor can I get any help after hours to solve the issue. What’s going on here SGI???
Edit: Ok after more attempts the webpage finally accepted my password but I’m 100% certain it was NOT user error; I just kept trying the same one. The app will still not accept my mobile number. I keep getting the message “Please enter a valid mobile number”

Won’t accept cell phone number
When I enter my 10 digit cell phone number, it says “Please enter a valid phone number” even though the number IS valid.
