Add option to delete blocked numbers
I would give 5 stars but can you please create an option where you can delete blocked numbers and they remain blocked but I can’t see them? Also, there is an error when I end a call, I have to either put my phone on airplane mode or literally reset my network because the calls aren’t actually ending. I’ve heard this from other peoples voicemails they’ve left within the app as well- it’s not one sided. Thanks!

Having paid for several “2nd phone number” and “texting” apps, I wish I had known about MySudo sooner and saved myself the trouble (I’m looking at you, texting app with the white phone icon on purple background!). If you need a long term phone number, skip those apps and give MySudo a try.
My incoming and outgoing calls are always of good quality and have not experienced any problems with text messages or emails. Most of all, I appreciate MySudo’s CLEAR PRICING and EXCELLENT support team. Depending on your time zone, you may even receive a response from MySudo support within the hour as I have.
The only glitch I encountered was ONE phone call with lag and echo, however it was followed by another call which was of better quality. MySudo support was quick to respond along with some suggestions—that alone warrants 5★! Though not surprising as they have always responded promptly to my queries. As it turns out, the simultaneous issues I was experiencing with my VPN service was the likely culprit (yes you, VPN service with over 19,000 servers).
As a SudoPro subscriber, I encourage anyone looking for a free chat/messaging app, free email or browser to consider trying MySudo. For those in search of an inexpensive and dedicated VoIP phone service or second phone number, look no further. MySudo has been a reliable service for me and I will continue to recommend it.

Slow mode
Why is the app slow to open now ? I have been using this app for over a year now . But now are days it’s takes longer time to open and slow SMH
Not reliable abroad
I was drawn to the privacy focus of MySudo and decided to use it abroad with some friends traveling with me. Some in the group had iPhones, others had Android. We used eSIM-equipped phones and often had problems with MySudo messages being delayed by minutes or even hours. The Android users did have WhatsApp in common and of course the iPhone users had iMessage. WhatsApp and iMessage were MUCH more reliable with messages arriving near immediately. When sharing photos from my phone’s photo album to MySudo messages, I would get a “failed to create” alert, which was very annoying. In addition, MySudo’s UI isn’t very appealing or intuitive. I want to love MySudo for its stance on privacy, but it’s such a chore to use. With seemingly better private messaging apps, I don’t have much reason to stay.

VPN Compatibility Broken
I've been a paying customer for 4 years without issues, but a recent update has completely broken VPN compatibility. When connected to reputable VPN services, the app disables ALL functionality: calling, texting, voicemail, and email. This was never a problem before.
The timing is suspicious. The company now offers its own VPN, and suddenly third-party VPNs that worked perfectly for years are being blocked? This feels intentional and anti-competitive.
I rely on privacy tools to protect my communications. Forcing users to choose between your app and their preferred VPN security is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved within the week, I'm cancelling my subscription and moving to a competitor that respects user privacy choices.

My First Overseas Trip with MySudo. Total Peace of Mind
This was my first time travelling overseas with MySudo and it exceeded my expectations. Having MySudo gave me a level of flexibility and trust I haven’t had with other apps.
I could keep all my travel receipts separate using a dedicated Sudo email for tax purposes, and even use a US number for contact details while travelling.
One of my favourite parts was that my family created a group travel chat using MySudo handles, which made it feel like we always had a private space to stay connected.
I honestly don’t think another app would have given me this combination of privacy, convenience, and peace of mind while travelling.

Not private or functional
This isn’t ANYTHING like it’s advertised. I paid for the subscription and can’t even use the service. They will verify your identity and then charge your credit card a dollar. All just to tell you that they can’t authenticate your “funding source” so you can’t use their virtual cards. What a waste of my time and money with this ridiculous BS. Verifying my identity I wasn’t expecting either. So much for actual privacy. The app most definitely is collecting and selling our data because why else would downloading an app be necessary? You can’t just use it from the website. Complete fraudsters who are the exact opposite of what they claim. I’m so disgusted.

Such a great email client and I know it’s the most private email product on the market.

Second, the iOS group messaging feature is currently tied to the app's analytics service. If a user opts out of "Anonymous Analytics" in their privacy settings, group messaging ceases to function. Support's current workaround is to ask users to re-enable analytics to restore messaging capabilities. Tying core communication features to telemetry data collection contradicts the purpose of a privacy-focused application. I have to cancel my subscription given these technical flaws of the app.

4.5 Stars - I really like it!
I really like the app for so many things. For example we are car shopping. Sudo is awesome to give a disposable email and phone number so we aren’t harassed later by salesmen. It’s fantastic for signing up for for TV subscriptions and anything that may involve getting spammed or your email/phone number being sold. The browser has the BEST ad blocker of the browsers I use (private safari, private brave, SUDO). I do wish the browser was a little more fully featured. For example of often swipe instead of using the back button. When I do this on SUDO - it pulls up the tab with the account info and doesn’t go back. This happens even if I try to highlight words or links in the browser left to right which is annoying. If only that tab would open via tap bs swipe. I would love to be able to long press to open a web page link in a new tab instead of only open or copy. I haven’t and don’t plan to use the credit cards so I can’t opine on that function. I feel like using the credit cards would tie my identity to my browsing, defeating a lot of the purpose of using the app. But otherwise for what I need the app is great! A fantastic privacy tool!
