Horrible App
Have been trying for about 2 years now. Hoping to be able to add my account, however when I go to put my account number it says that no service account is found then I try my phone number & same thing. I try my wives and the same thing too. I don’t understand how an app can be so bad. In my iPhone no less, which seems to be a trend.

Worked fine for years but after the last update I just call and pay or go to website. Major inconvenience.

You updated the app and it kicked me out and now I can’t get back in to see my balance. This is annoying and a pain.

Horrible app, cant use it to pay my bill, there’s constant glitches, and app always crashes. The app wont load at all. It opens up and just keeps flickering in and out

I had updated my iPhone the other day and app was not working. I really liked it for reporting outages and to see outage map. I wrote message to developers about the issue after several days I just looked this am and it is fixed and working again!

If you supplied power as poorly as you had your app developed, we’d have no HVAC, and be relying on flashlights every night.
UTTERLY UNUSABLE APP FOR A GOOD COMPANY
The previous iteration of this app was very user friendly and bug free for me. This version, however, defies even my attempts to log in to pay my bill. Whenever I navigate to the “Pay Bill” page, enter my login data, I get a message telling me “Access To Outage Server Cannot Be Granted At This Time”. I end up using mysvec.com, even though it is not mobile device friendly. I offer this review not so much as a complaint as I do feedback for SVEC, whose service I greatly appreciate.

Joining the ranks of the busted apps
Recently allowed an app update to the 2.4 version from 6 months ago. Now my app is as broken as everyone else’s on these reviews. Tried multiple reinstalls, password & username changes, & a friendly, but equally stumped customer service rep on the phone. I can link my address account to the app but no actual information about my bill or usage shows up. If I try to pay my bill, it wants a “Login to “Bill Pay” - fun fact, the SVEC login doesn’t work to get past that screen.
I see most of the other reviews are from newer phones, but I’m running off an iPhone SE - certainly not a fancy phone problem here. So strange to have a company (that wants you to pay your bill) make it so difficult to pay them.

As bad or worse than they web site here you can’t even view the bill just pay it at least online after a number of work around to even get into the site k can see the basic bill but I can not down load it anymore SVEC has some serious issues and if they can not manage this I fear for the stability of my electrical grind locally

This app has become completely useless - all it is is a blank screen! SVEC, what gives??? And I can’t long in on the mobile site, either. You’re certainly not making it easy to pay my bill!

WHAT HAPPENED??
Been using this since moving to coop service 2018. Very mobile device friendly. Somewhere around November 2021, it stopped working. A 5 minute payment process became an hour long ordeal, once with a missed payment. Login info no longer accepted, can’t paste password from secure manager, goes back to home screen if you toggle to another app. Have reverted back to using browser, and other than lack of true mobile device compatibility, that works great, but not as well as the app used to work.
