My favorite app
This is my favorite app. I use it daily and it’s making me a better and stronger swimmer. I love the coaching, and that I can edit sets. I learned to do a perfect flip turn using this app. fares and team are excellent in the videos and the ai coach is also helpful.
Customer service humans are wonderful. Best app ever.

Extremely frustrating change
I have been using and loving this app for more than 3 years. I purchased the subscription because it had some features I, as a competitive swimmer, wanted to see. For more than 3 years, the app has never required a subscription to use the free features like "unguided workouts" and the like. They recently removed that and I and I'm sure many others were not ever made aware. Now it's a waste of storage on my phone. I would restart my subscription if I had the money to do so, and would've used the free version until then. Unfortunately, now I don't really think I want to subscribe again if this is how new "features" are going to be rolled out. I am extremely disappointed in both the developers and the team who are meant to update the app owners about changes.

Free version
The app was pretty cool and helpful not so long ago when they had a free version. It wasn’t a lot but it did work well.
Now that they removed the free version, there are no reason to keep the app since you can’t even open it.
I tried the subscription for a bit and if you’re willing to pay the price, it work out really well and help you improve.

Best swim app
I used to just pound out laps, but this app makes swimming more fun. I swim 4 days a week and use the AI tool to generate a new workout for every swim. I typically swim 2 miles and shift between sprints and distance. Highly recommend.
Subtitles please
Please could you add subtitles to your video library?
It looks great but I prefer reading the captions and I’m sure it’d also be useful to anyone who is hard of hearing or deaf.
Also it’s really overwhelming and full of stuff or maybe it’s the background colour

Buggy and no app support
I’ve tried several attempts to bring a bug to support AI bot’s attention. The bug happens mid workout
The app will randomly crash/close out mid-workout. It will be recording for about 800 yards and then it will just crash. I get other random errors as well like when I try to pause the workout, I get the message “unable to perform pause while paused” even though the session isn’t paused?
It will sometimes even say I've ended the workout when I haven't.

Tricked into buying this
Was tricked into buying this “monthly subscription” you do not get a 7 day free trial if you click on “monthly subscription”. Still have not received a refund. Plus i haven’t even tried this app, but it’s way too expensive to use even if I do enjoy this app. I’m not going to even try this app. REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!!!!!

Best app for swimming in my opinion
I have been using the MySwimPro for over two years and I would highly recommend it to swimmers of all abilities. I recently completed the cross continental Bosphorus swim which I can honestly say was thoroughly enjoyable and in no small part thanks to the preparation provided by MySwimPro’s app. I followed a four month programme, trusted the process, as they suggested, and it meant I was perfectly ready for the big event. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to stay motivated and enjoy their swimming. The dry land routines are also very handy to build strength and endurance. Five stars!!!

Free capabilities removed
They got rid of the free version so now you have to pay to be able to simply log and view your activities. Nice one guys.
Update
I’m guessing you pushed a new update bc the app had no record of the training plan that I was half way through. Then it caused my garmin watch to freeze on the workout. Haven’t had problems with it till now but pay way too much for an app to have these issues.
Exactly what I was looking for!
I’ve been a runner for a long time but had to switch to swimming to rehab an injury. I used to HATE swimming. I was a diver in high school and only swam when I had to. I could barely swim 50 yards without stopping when I started using the app a few weeks ago. I’m four weeks in and my outlook has completely changed! Before I was trying to use AI or guess when creating workouts. MySwimPro simplifies everything! It’s so intuitive and I don’t have to think about it! I love that I can sync it to my Garmin seamlessly. I’m still early in my swimming journey, but MySwimPro has turned my hate of swimming into a love for the sport. Thank you for making such an amazing app!

Swim history trapped behind a paywall
This app used to track all of my swim workouts even after i stopped using it as a timer when that stopped being free, and now i can’t access any part of the app at all unless i pay an exorbitant amount of money. It was nice to have a history of my swims in one place and to be able to track my progress every year. I didn’t pay for it because it was too expensive and I’m capable of planning my own workouts. And now it’s all gone. What a shame.

Fantastic
I cannot believe how much I love this app. The workouts based on my goals, the ai coach I can talk to to help with adjustments, the feedback after a swim. Every bit of it is fantastic.
Open Swim doesn’t work
Got the app to measure sea swimming. Swam about 700 yards and it said I had swum 1 yard 😄
WHAT? NOT FREE
genuinely absurd asking for 100 dollars a year for an AI swim app. Just use chat gpt at this point lmao!
Forces you to pay
The app is constantly forcing you to sign up for a paid subscription, now when I launch the app, the subscription signup appears and the close button on it doesn’t work, which means you can’t use the app unless you pay, ridiculous. The response I got from MySwimPro is that I should take the 7 day free subscription. A subscription needs to be opt-in not forced. I am now going to delete this app for good

Pay wall
Unable to use any free options on the app like it used to. Everything is behind a massive pay wall. It would be nice to go back to where you when you’re allowed a free workout each day and be unable to save it to library. To be honest, save your money and use ChatGPT to create a workout. It will be better than this app and you’ll save money. Myswimpro, great job :)

Not free to use
I get it most if not all fitness apps nowadays are paid, but mention it at the very start, instead of having me input all my info and all my goals and target distances and get me hyped up just to hit me with a paywall at the end of it. I don’t mind paying, but just out of spite of these misleading tactics I will be using your competitors apps even if I have to pay for them

Pushen mich absolut

Response from developer
Paywall
I looked at the app and it looked really cool and so I downloaded it and it instantly wanted me to pay. You can’t even do anything in the app without having to pay like on my workout I can’t even see the distance. terrible app. It looks cool but it’s just a big paywall👎
